You have to take this to the Blood Elf at Flame Crest, Burning Steppes along with:

- 30 gold
- a Black Diamond (found in BRD)
- Black Blood of the Tormented (found in the Dark Coffer in BRD)
- Gizzard Gum (reward from a repeatable quest in the Blasted Lands)

As a reward you receive an item that can permanently enchant your head/legs item with 100 to mana.

If you recieve a libram, and use it, can you find another of the same libram, since you no longer have one?

It can be used on helms or leggings.

I think it's worth it if you are level 60 and have the helm/legs you will keep for a long time. (Such as your class set items.)

it's now 150 or at least all of my enchants were changed to 150

Here are all the different librams you can collect remember you can only have 1 book of the same type at once. Once you convert the book in the quest you can(theoretically) carry the same arcanum with you. The two letter abbreviations are BS and DM are for where the quest turn in is for that libram. BS = Burning Steppes DM = Dire Maul

What each of the arcanum do:
Rumination - BS - 150 mana
Constitution - BS - 100 hp
Tenacity - BS - 125 armor
Resilience - BS - +20 fire resistance
Voracity - BS - +8 str/agi/sta/int/spi (only 1 stat of the 5)
Rapidity - DM - +1% haste to attacks (ranged/melee)
Focus - DM - +8 healing and damage from spells
Protection - DM - +1% to dodge

it seems things like this are total world drops. for me it dropped off some mob in the Irondeep Mine in AV.

it gives 150 mana to head or leg, so that is 10 INT. alot better then the 8 INT libram of voracity gives.
although it doesnt improve your crit chance with spells, and does not get affected by BoK, i think i take the 150 mana over 8 int.

I need to know if I can enchant a boe item with my 60 main and then simply send it to my lvl 29 alt and equip it with no prob.
Voracity, 20g on my server, and then give the guy 30g.
50g is alot to spend and then find out I cant even equip the enchanted item.
Librams are boe ofc, and arcanums are bop.

Cant do the libram quest with a 29 as you know, req 50.

So, anyone?

You don't need 12 keys to open the vault for starters, as those are used to open the 12 vault doors that will allow you to complete the "Heart of the Mountain" quest.

To open the coffer you need to get the key off the keeper. He spawns in a random location in BRD, and only spawns in the location when you open the picture. Just before teh vault room where the four golems are there is a closed picture up on the wall to the left. Open the picture and read the inscription at the bottom of it, and that tells you were the keeper has spawned. Go to where it says he is, kill him and his adds and loot the key. THen just come back and open the coffer. Bare in mind the drops in the coffer are BoP, so careful of looting when opened.

Also, BE BUFFED and ready when you check the picture, as one of the random locations is actually in the same room as the picture, so be prepared just in case.

Bought book for about 2G on AH and then went to BRD with some guild mates for the black blood, but didnt have any luck with the black diamond, so i got that from the AH. Gizzard Gum stuff took 20 mins to grind for and then I went back to burning steppe and got the 150 mana for my lawbringer leggings. Our guild has just started up and are quite new to MC (Only up to 5th boss) so I don't see me replacing my legs anytime soon since the judgement ones drop off ragnaros.

Can you add the Libram enchants to any item or weapon you have or is there a certain item you have to put the Libram enchants on?

Some people think its useless, but +150 mana is better than no enchant at all.

I got this yesterday on my Earthfury Helm.

It's far from useless. It's an extra Rank 4 Healing Wave for EVERY fight I'm ever in. And considering there aren't ANY enchantments to head or legs (just the librams), this is a cheap way to maximize an otherwise maxxed-out character.

+150 mana for the relative cheapness of this:
30g
+ Black Diamond (cost me 15s on AH)
+ Gizzard Gum (25 minutes of questing)
+ Black Blood of the Tormented (already HAD one of these in my bag from many BRD runs)

So to me, the cost was less than 31g.

Not too shabby.

Will the Librams of Constitution ... ect, stack with the Zandalar reward enchant for head, and legs? and how many can be stacked on a item?

I have one of these on my headpiece and my legs. Got a new legpiece from the outlands and intended to put a new rumination on it. Went to the AH and when I tried to purchase one, it said I had too many of that item. Anyone seen that?

Dark coffer is needed for several libram quests...

If you are in front of the entrance to the coffer room look at the wall on the left side. There you will find a portrait with the name on it of the RANDOM mob that holds the Dark Keeper Key. It also tells you where you can find your key dropping mob.

Just dropped in the burning steppes for me. Seems like i'm pretty lucky since the drop rat is so low for it down there. Anyway i'm guessing sell it? How much do you reckon i can get for it?

Can you 10-man zerg BRD for the comps (Black Diamond and Black Blood of the Tormented) and receive the quest items?

We've been keying different people for MC weekly, so this would be a quick stop on the way.

There are a number of other books found around the world. They are "lost texts" of the Quel'Thalas High Elves? There are two NPCs that "collect" these when you find them.

One NPC, Mathredis Firestar, is found in Flame Crest in The Burning Steppes.
He only accepts Librams of Constitution (100HP), Resilience (20FireResist), Rumination (100mana), Tenacity (125armor), and Voracity (+8 to any stat).

The other NPC, Lorekeeper Lydros, can be found in the Library in the Dire Maul instance (North entrance).
He accepts Librams of Focus (+8 healing&spelldmg), Protection (1%dodge), and Rapidity (1% haste).

Each of these enchants can only be applied to a Head or Leg item. Normal enchants provided by Enchanters cannot enchant Head or Legs, thus making these types of enchants that much more valuable!

Each Libram is Unique so you can only carry one at a time. After finding said Librams and taking them to said NPC, the NPC will tell you what items you need to obtain the enchantment each book provides.
