so a level 19 rouge twink can have this i mean it is for level 1 and up and it can drop so it shoud be abel to wear for a 1-70

clearly could not be gotten by a twink

a twink needs to be able to get into naxx to get it... and a twink needs to be attuned with naxx to get into naxx... look at the lvl req for naxx

First of all, if thy are going to farm it for their alts, they need to have the alt in the raid, and INSIDE Naxxramass. and to get inside Naxx, u need to be ATTUNED! and u cant get attuned unless you do the quest. A quest in which u CAN NOT get at that low of a level. and only attainable when you are REVERED. Noobs!

It looks like anyone could use these. If so, expect to see elite guilds farming them for their alts to use in 10-19 WSG when world PvP comes out. You might think that Blizzard would patch it and set a level requirement, but they never have done anything about the fisherman's hat and boots that you can twink with if you try hard. So I personally am working on getting this for my twinks :)

The following quests can be picked up from Craftsman Wilhelm at the Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands by completing Omarion's Handbook which you get from Master Craftsman Omarion.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside Naxxramas.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: Tailoring (4), Leatherworking (6) or Blacksmithing (3).

(Patterns actually doesn't exists, all of them are taught by Master Craftsman Omarion in Naxxramas.)
