The cast time listed (8secs) is wrong, they're only a 1 sec cast. Moderately useful as a clothie when you need to escape from melee range and have already burned your fear spell. Doesn't do much dmg to be any good for anything but stuns, but 2 secs of incapacitating a flag carrier in WSG is golden.

Dynamite can be thrown while you are running. But it seems that all the explosives that stuns the target must be thrown when you are not moving.

Is that true? Can you throw this while moving?

Yes you must stand still while throwing this as it has a one second cast time(not to be confused with instant cast).

There seem to be two types of basic explosives here, dynamite and bombs. Now I'm going to twink my alt (warrior - figures) to the max. Along with a new set of blue/purples every 5 or so levels, I want him throwing around the big stuff in low level BGs.

Should I concentrate on bombs or dynamite? The bombs seem good to prevent people from taking the flag, but the dynamite does more damage. Does it matter is such a low level BG (10-19), or should I use bombs instead? What about the 20-29 bracket?

It's great in the 10-19 bracket. If you are a melee only class (warrior / rogue / etc.) and you get trapped, say by frost nova, you can toss one of these babies and stun the mage while dealing aroudn 100 damage.

The down side of these bombs is that they take 1 second to throw, and another second or two to land, depending on how far away you are. But if your opponent is staying still, or you can predict where they are moving, these stun bombs work wonders.

I use about 50 of these a night on my twink. I have a 19 warlock and when it comes down to me vrs a rogue 1 on 1 I have absolutly no chance unless they are retarded and dont kick me or cant gouge because they are dual wielding swords. If I get ambushed or sapped my mouse is over the bomb button, the second I break im casting it, if they gouge im ready again, once this goes off I start fearing with .5 sec to spare. as soon as that first fear is off I start again because almost all good twinks will be using there trinket right away, if not the DOT starts and they are done for.Fear DOT DOT, fear wand. Repeat. These are also great for thos rare 19 twink shammies who can shock me.
