Blizzard and MSI Surprise the Deadly Boss Mods Author

Recently, we've posted the open letter from Adam, Deadly Boss Mods author, to the community, where he reported his previous precarious situation. The message generated a massive wave of support from the community, increasing his Patreon supporters from around 500 to almost 3000!\r
Players were not the only ones moved by the open letter. Adam posted on Reddit that Blizzard and MSI were as well!
Solo Player Rextroy's Ban Overturned

Solo player Rextroy, famous for his clever uses of game mechanics to solo bosses like MOTHER and Vectis, was briefly banned this morning. Blizzard has posted this was a mistake and has unbanned him.
Reasoning Behind Why Arcane Torrent Was Added to the GCD

With Battle for Azeroth, many abilities were added to the Global Cooldown (GCD), however, most of racial spells, like
, were spared in the change. One racial spell,
, didn't have that luck, having the GCD added to it on top of its effect change.\r
With that in mind, Blizzard went to the forums to clarify the reasoning behind adding the GCD to the spell.

After a disappointing close of the Artifact stories in Legion, Patch 8.1 data show clues that one of their stories might be continuing in 8.1. A few days ago, at the start of the Patch 8.1 datamining, we've found a new item related to one of Legion's Artifacts:
Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire
. After finding that item, we have been digging the thousands of new effects for the new patch and we've found interesting spells likely related to that item.\r

Continuing with our Patch 8.1 datamining, now we have new maps! Those maps include new maps full of details for Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, maps for the new islands Jorundall and Havenswood, and an overworld map for the new Warfront The Battle for Darkshore.
