As previously announced during BlizzCon 2017, patch 7.3.5 will bring the same technology used for the Legion zones for all old world zones. In order to accomplish that, zones and dungeons received scaling levels, as we previewed in our
Zone and Dungeon scaling Levels
post. So today we will focus on the other aspects that Blizzard is introducing together with that technology, features that will likely change leveling completely from what we have today, such as changes to experience, heirlooms, flying, and mob health.

Legendary Updates for Antorus

As we previously announced, Antorus, the Burning Throne
will open its doors on November 28th/29th
and, with a new raid, in Legion, there have been updates to Legendaries to accomodate the higher ilvl gear from the new raid.
BlizzCon 2017 Increased Default Bagpack Slots

During BlizzCon 2017 we learned that the Default Bagpack slots will be able to be increased from the normal 16 slots in a future patch. The upgrade to the backpack will be done automatically if you have an authenticator attached to your Battle.Net account.
