Well that is definitely one of the best high-fantasy swords I've seen in a long time from WoW. Not to say there haven't been some neat swords in the past expansions, but this one looks really really neat!
Please Blizz, I just want a date on prepatch, stop teasing me with all this cool stuff
nice.. where is my frostmourne look alike.. so far the maw weapons have less detail than bfa weapons :(
ye give us a date pls
Ok. Very nice sword, can we get the shield now? You know, THE Argent Crusade shield that only npcs have
YES! Finally! Hopefully, the blue one also gets added and is not just lost in a future build somewhere.
Can't wait to get both versions of this sword on my paladin once Shadowlands comes out. Also, the sword could possibly be classified as a holy runeblade because of the non-glowing runic markings on the blade itself.
Little fact about the Silver Hand symbol. There are two versions of it: an open hand and a closed fist.In Chronicles Vol.1 we can see that Tyr's actual silver hand was open, wich means that The Order of the Silver Hand came up with the closed fist idea in the Second War, probably to symbolise the act of protecting and fighting the Horde. Then, in Legion, we see the open hand design for the first time, probably to symbolize the openness of this new order in accepting all races in to its ranks. So the fact that this ancient sword has the open hand in it is interesting. Maybe it belonged to a vrykul that worshiped Tyr's remains in northern Eastern Kingdoms, a vrykul that actually saw how the keepers hand looked like?
Yeah, give as also all human kingdom tabards, especial Lordaeron for people who escaped from the scourge. I waiting for this stuff since BC.
