Elune is a Sire Denathrius' pen name. He uses the name "Elune" when concocting extremely convoluted and long-term plans. Calling it now.
look like we are comming for a next Light/Void xpac, in Bastion we learn that Void also invade shadowlands, and this post make me see things diferentmaybe the Jailer first attack the other beings like Void and Light then with the help of he's sisters and brothers he got banned and after that both Light and Void make a attack to shadowlands not together but perhaps motivated by the same thinganother thing that leaves me in doubt is that Shadowlands is like so much organized, maybe I was expecting something different or there was actually an interference from the being who represent the Order as titansperhaps the betrayal that Jailer talks about so much is that 'his brothers and sisters' chose balance rather than his decision to dominatePart of it makes me happy and part of it makes me sad because it makes it seem like the Pantheon of Titans were small fish in the wow universe, that's why Natherzim's manipulation of each entity's 'existential needs', such as the Titans' need to maintain order, makes me happier than seeing them defeated by brute force
Elune is a First One or the closest thing to a First One we have atm.1- She is known and had influence on nearly all of the cosmic forces. - She supposedly created the Naaru, but the text Kadghar mention did say that she was known and already there during the Great Ordering of Light and shadow ( not the Ordering of the Titans, but the Ordering of the Cosmos and the cosmos forces as a whole ) - She had influence in the Titan's Pantheon. Eonar took refuge on Elunaria, and there was a " Tear of Elune " Pillar. enough to say that the titan were aware of her, at the very least. - She has a connexion to Life and the Emerald Dream ( the whole Ysera, Malorne, and her cleansing the Nightmare from Eranikus and Ysera ) and so on.. And she supports the mortal , who are also a force of life. - She has a connexion to Death. The Stonewright use her power. - She has a connexion to the Void, the Night warrior use void power and void is her darkest face. - Doubtful about the Fel, the only connexion we have is her Temple becoming the tomb of Sargeras, but this is the only missing thing....2- Even Xalatath recognize her as an " upstart Godess "3- She has enough influence that her name span the universe ( the first night warrior came from another planet ) and the cosmos and several being from different cosmic forces use her power.
Nope, the naaru weren't 'made' in Revendreth. Z'rali was simply captured and left behind. Not sure where this bizarre interpretation came from.
It is true that we haven't heard anything about Tyrande in 9.1 so far...
I really hope they reveal what exactly Elune is soon. Just kinda disappointed how all encompassing its become. The Naaru, the Light, night elves, multiple world worship, etc... it's just starting to feel like somehow or another everything ties back to her.
Maybe the Harvester of Wrath was once the Night Warrior of Elune in real life and was sent to Revendreth instead of Ardenweald, she may be the Night Warrior were looking for as what Huln Highmountain is looking for during the Night Fae quest campaign.
I think it's more likely that she was a Night Warrior in life. Considering the Tyrande storyline involves Huln looking for former NIght Warriors.
Why are people taking the line about "emerging" so literally? It's clearly meant to mean where they emerged IN REVENDRETH.
it's said that the stonewright did horrible things in the name of protecting her people so yes it could very well be that she is a former night warrior as well.
I honestly would take this with a grain of salt mainly because it's not english which WoW is originally therefore imho whatever is said on the ptr of another region doesn't have as much credit as if it was on the english ptr and to add on, even if someone who is fluent in french translated the dialogue, there's still bound to be misunderstood lines.also as Hilldres said, it's been changed in the english ptr, safe to say the international ptr's get updated slower.
