The stats on the Green items don't seem to work. Please help! These green items are very important to new characters and people trying to dungeon. A lot of us are tanking in "Champion" gear and healing/DPS'ing in "Sorcerer" gear...
Even though I have been playing TBC for 2-3 days (for the first time) this bonus healing caught my attention, eg. +88 healing on leather head - it looked off
I got a quest reward staff in the very first zone with a lot of stats and 80 spell damage AND healing. I found it add since every other staff had like 30 spell damage AND healing. Wonder if this had anything to do with it.
Now please fix the +attackpower issue "of the might"... many items give only 1/2 of what they should give.
I have found by mistake on my paladin that anything with the "sorcerer" does not work.Sadly.But at least i am glad to not wear blank pieces.
As of 16:52 CET it seems to work on eu server. Just noticed that I went up 60 spell power
No bugs in wow, what ya talking about! Okay keyboard warriors that was a joke, this is kind of a hilarious bug though - obvious frustrations aside. You think you're getting raid level gear, but in reality you're wearing white quality gear.
in vanilla/classic there were plenty of +healing greens that had very high values. same with spell school pieces like frozen wrath with +frost spell damage. take a look at Master's Hat Master's Hat "of healing" (+62) or "of frozen wrath" (+40). These have always been available and this as outlined in this article are not at issue at all. the issue is that these items that are straight up lying to you about the stats they give you. i spend 30 gold on a green that gives my fresh 60 prot pally stamina, intellect and 19 spell damage, i expect it to give me that spellpower. i would have expected an error of this magnitude, this fundamental, to have been fixed in beta. Somehow this made it to live and blizzards response gives no expectation that they will fix it any time soon. :(
