I vote for Molten Core. I like that zone because everything is molten and Ragnaros (with his legendary hammer) seems AWESOME!

My favorite zone was Winterspring when I was mainly an Alliance player. The setting of being in the wild when its snowing is just so...so...AWESOME. I mean come on, who doesn't want to pwn spirits while running on a frozen lake and being able to see the night sky the entire time :)
For some reason im a big fan of Deepholm, I like the small quest sequence that leads you down under the maelstrom. You get to see Thrall holding it down for the Horde, and Therazane daily quests aren't that bad either.
My favourite area is a close tie between Mulgore and Moonglade. Both are beautiful, peaceful places and normally free of disturbance and population.Much of my roleplay experience grew from my druid and so I'm sure my bias comes from her affinities toward them in character. Heh. :PI spent quite a lot of time chatting with friends, ambling about and fishing, enjoying the scenery and environment while scarcely acknowledging that there were such things as level and stats and gear and the like. Pleasant memories.
Stormpeaks would have to be my favorite zone. The mix of Greek and Roman architecture with Nordic vikings made doing the Hodir dailies less of a chore.
To me, nothing will ever beat Karazhan. The lore alone is enough to keep me interested, and when the music kicks in, it's just perfect. Hands down, best zone in the game.
My favorite zone would definately be Southern Barrens. Very great questing there, and very emotional. The landscaping of it is also very awesome.
Oh man... my favorite zone? After some thought I'd have to say that it's a tie between the Plaguelands and Icecrown. I've always loved the lore surrounding the Scourge, so Plaguelands is always a blast from the past for me. And of course, Icecrown is the final culmination of all that lore, so I absolutely love being around there as well.
The two plaguelands zones back in the days of classic, I have way too fond memories of those two zones, and they had so much to offer too! They had some really interesting questlines, such as the Tirion Fordring questline (still one of the best questlines in the game, a real shame it had to go). And not to mention the Darrowshire questline, or the infiltration of the Scarlet Crusade in Tyr's Hand.I also have many fond memories of the two big elites in the Eastern Plaguelands, Duskwing and Borelgore, both of which I at a point had great fun kiting. There's also the scarlet messenger you would also sometimes accidentally run straight into, preferably right in the middle of the pass to the northwest of Eastwall Tower. The Western Plaguelands had much to offer as well, most of it centered around the farms, how about that farmer Dalson, for instance? There was also more world pvp going in those days, and both of the plaguelands zones were excellent for it! I have an especially fond memory (and screenshot hopefully lying around somewhere) from when I went with a friend to kill off the Barov at the Alliance quest hub in the area, only to spot one of our favourite paladins, who immediately upon spotting us... cast bubblehearth. And apart from that, even if it weren't for all the great quests that were there back then (some of which are still there, although in a different form), what I loved most about the zones was the atmosphere. I guess it might have something to do with how I can easily romanticize about the postapocalyptic, and the two zones have quite a bit of that going. Yet there keeps being a glimmer of hope that the land can be revived and the scourge cleansed from the area, something we've sadly seen begin to happen.
My favorite zone would have to be the Blasted Lands, considering so much happened here.At first it was a mystery as to way it was blasted, and what happened to the land. Until Burning Crusade came, holding the answers with Caverns of Time and the Dark Portal being opened to walk through to the Outlands. The portal was opened, and not able to be defended blasting the Land of all life. The special event for the Expansion was able an amazing event, including the unobtainable Tabard of the Protector that was released :DThe Dark Portal also gave the gate way for my FAVORITE expansion <3
Vanilla Hillsbrad Foothills is my most loved zone since i've seen it (Old Hillsbrad is also awsome). This music always reminds me old times in warcraft. When i'm there, i can feel this great old Lordaeron: Durnholde Keep, Dalaran (in bubble), even the scene when Mograine cleans this void shard into Ashbringer. And don't forget about epic Pitchfork dropping from the farmers.:)
