Uldum. The Ramkahen storyline was a nice break from the "guys the Twilight's Hammer is screwing around with this place we have to stop them" plots that take up most if not all of every other Cata leveling zone, and the Harrison Jones quest line is the best quest line Blizzard has ever made. "Quickly, Suzushiiro, get in the chest!" made me laugh harder than I think I've ever laughed at a Blizzard game.
well, My favorite zone is Silverpine forest... partly because the Banshee queen is my favorite leader in wow and you see her tons of times, but partly because it's kind of telling the story of the new future for the Forsaken. There is a clear enemy in those woods, and everyone loves the etten-wagon ride :P it kind of gives you a taste of what has been going on since the beginning of Warcraft 3 (at least as told by the Queen herself) and telling you of the importance of finding a way to make more forsaken, and the death and rebirth of the Banshee Queen. By far one of the best zones in my mind.

The zone that stands out to me would have to be any zone involving the dwarfs. Dwarf starting area, Ironforge, Dark Iron dwarfs and seargin gorge and blackrock mountain, etc etc. Most of my toons started out as dwarfs then were race changed for one reason or the other. My main, a pally, was dwarf for a good 4 years before hitting the hard core scene and rolling draenei to offer more hit for raids. In other words, I miss my wittle dwarf buddy and love the whole dwarven lore behind it all.Doughmam, celebrating the dwarf in us all.
Trisifal glades was great before, and post-Cata they have improved it. That zone sets a great mood and complements the Undercity perfectly.
The Storm Peaks, absolutely. Love the storyline there, love the titans theme (and architecture!), and absolutely adore the fact that there's no group quest!
My favorite zone is Terrokar Forrest. I has the mountain lakes, the lower forrests, Shattrath, and the whole sothern badlands with pvp towers. At the very edges of the zone it almost seems like the land starts curving out of shape. Very cool all the way around.
Uldum best zone ever. The lore is great.
It's between pre-Cata Stranglethorn, and Nagrand. Mainly because I enjoy the Nesingwary quest chains so much.
Howling Fjord. Nice calming music and beautifull landscape. Nice zone to spend 4 hours fishing. :)
The plains of Nagrand have been my favorite zone since the moment I first set foot in them on my shaman. I've leveled through the zone with 4 characters and am yet to grow tired of it. The green plains, the great quests for the Mag'hari Orcs, the constant battle for Halaa (even though it has died a bit with WotLK and Cataclysm) getting chased by Durn the Hungerer while hunting clefthoof for Hemet Nesingwary. Never set foot in a zone I loved more.
My favourite zone is Elwynn Forest. That's the zone I first saw when I stared playing wow and that charmed me. Also I got the best memories on it, killing Hogger, Murlocs and visting Stormwind City... I was totally crazy to wow after I saw this :)
My favorite zone is the new Hyjal because of the lore but Badlands is close with the "the day that deathwing came" q-chain.
Silithus is the shnizat, cool terrain, giant flying mobs cool stuff.
My favorite zone would have to be Elwynn Forest. I can't tell you how many times I've just waited in the shadows until an unsuspecting flagged 80 (I did this a lot in WotLK) would appear and BAM oneshot. Oh crap, there's more! *vanish*
