My favorite tier set would definitely have to be the T6 Paladin set. I never had a paladin until WOTLK, but I still absolutely loved it. It was probably the most ideal picture of the 'grand crusader' whenever I saw it. It shoned, its shoulders were God-sent (No pun intended =P) and it's helm was a CROWN OF LIGHT!Who wouldn't love that? I'm a warrior and I almost wanted to reroll a paladin, just because of that awesome set xD

Its got to be Demon Stalker Armor, it takes me back to the good old days of running Kara, Gruul's Lair and Maggy.
The fantastic Tier6 of Warlock! Very beautiful, The shoulders Mantle of the Malefic with wings, spectacular. A Warlock such terror lies in front of you! A very nice and very strong gear, gear was simple compared to those now present, but I prefer these.
Warrior T6 surely! No nonsense magical effects, no silly lighting effects. It just got the job done with no messing around. Just like Warriors.
My favoruite tier would have to be Druid Tier 7. It's not my favourite because of it's looks though, it's the first *.25 (25 Man) set I ever fully completed, and I made some amazing friends along the way.If we're going for looks, either Druid Tier 1 (Shrubs and horns for the win!) or Paladin Tier 1 (Banana Paladin!).But definitely overall Druid Tier 7 has the most sentimental value to me :3
The most epic tier ever introduced, without a shadow of a doubt, is T8 for Warlocks! It screams :"PLAGUEBRINGER ! BEWARE !".Period.
For me the best set has to be Rogue Darkmantle Set I always thought Rogues looked their best in this.
I've gotta say the Nemesis Raiment (T2), simply because I played an undead warlock in vanilla, and that damn (but badass) helmet kept eluding me! It felt like every time I passed up on a raid it dropped, and when I actually went along some other warlock had more DKP than me :(Sooo, I never actually got it before TBC came out...That's why it's my favorite, simply because I want what I never could have! :D
T4 Malorne Druid.. I enjoyed the colors and I like the helm for RP
By far it would have to be the Druids Tier 5 Item Set; Nordrassil Regalia. I have always loved how the shoulders would pop out flowers, then suck them back in. I believe it's design was really what druids are all about.... nature. And I am proud to say I was raiding enough back in the BC days to the whole set and wear it to this day when I not sporting my current gear.
I really liked most of the Ulduar sets, somewhat modern with a classy/sleek look to them. Especially Priest and Mage.
My favourite set has to be the rogue Tier 10 set, Shadowblade's Battlegear; https://www.wowhead.com/classic/itemset=890#As an undead rogue, picturing my character disguised as a Geist while battling against the Scourge really seemed humorously 'sneaky'.
Warriors Battle Gear of Might was by far my fav item set becuase i loved the bigger sets of armor and i loved how this one looks!
My favourite set is the Valorous Aegis, the T8 paladin set available through 10-man Ulduar.Certainly a large part is the aesthetics of the set. The set uses white, subtle gold metalic elements and mellow light blue decorations that best convey my concept of the Light as a roleplayer. The shoulder armor is distinctive without being massive. The influence of the brilliant T2 has also made me very appreciative of skirts on paladin sets; and they do look great on a blood elf male. I am not enthusiastic about the head piece but that would be true for the vast majority of head pieces in this game, and it is quite easy to hide it.Yet the primary reason why I prefer this t8 set was because I had some of my best gaming experience playing in it. I was an active raider during TBC but I had to stop playing for a long time because I was very busy with college. When I decided to start playing again, my former guild had fallen apart and very few people I knew still played. Then one evening I got asked to tank in a Naxx PuG raid on the early days of Patch 3.1. Our group did a great job so we decided to try raiding together again. Though we did not actually become a guild until later in WotLK, we kept raiding as a group of friends and actually managed several server firsts in Ulduar. I still play with the same people and enjoy their company; the early days of our group and the beauty of the Ulduar raid are much linked for me with this set. I still remember how I acquired each piece of that set including the frustration of Hodir never dropping the paladin token only to eventually get this piece through Emalon.
Mage t5 was awesome. you looked like a guardian of tirisfal
