The entirety of Tier 2 Raid Sets would have to be my favorite compilation of gear. The tier really brought out and showed off the elegance and themes surrounding each class as they were in those early years of the game.Stormrage Raiment for druids, beautifully covers the player in natural artwork, inspiring the illusion of a Treant in a time when druids were marked as healers and before they had a tree form.Bloodfang Armor uses dark shadows and a bloody red offtone to illustrate the dark, brooding, and murderous nature of Rogues.Netherwind Regalia brings out the bright purples and white glows that has become synonymous with Arcane magic in the game. A perfect show for the Mages of the day.Vestments of Transcendence. Regal robes with beautiful Naru-esque artwork showcase the Priest's devotion to the light. The backlit halo from the headpiece gives a saintly quality to the player.Nemesis Raiment Dark purples and greens are a staple of Warlock art. The large horns and demon-headed shoulders show the Warlock intense power over the denizens of the Nether.Dragonstalker Armor I played a hunter at the time, and this is one of my favourite tiers of hunter armor. While it doesn't appeal to me as much as T3 did, the armor really showcases that the hunter is a master at destroying exactly what they were doing this tier: Onyxia and Blackwing Lair. The Ten Storms An earthy set with a hellbent demeanor. A perfect blend of the natural way of the shamans and the fury of the Horde (shamans were horde only at the time). Each piece represented affinity with a different aspect.Judgment Armor one of the most fabled sets of gear in all of World of Warcraft. Largely regarded as the best set designed for a Paladin to date. Not only has this paladin bound himself to the Light. He is going to use it to kick your butt.Battlegear of Wrath Not one of the best sets from this tier, as it utilizes a similar color scheme as found in Warlocks. However it took some of the best aspects of the T1 set, and removed all the excess spiky-bits that seemed like they would get in the way in combat. Note that the set features the prominent metal jaw that has become a feature of some of the most intimidating figures in the game. Such as Deathwing.

Druid Tier 8!
My fav. Tear set would have to be warlock Tier 5. (Malefic Raiment)I used to have it on my gnome and not only were the stats killer for PVE AND PVP! (at the time ofcourse :P) but it gave my gnome a large set of wings that made him look very intimidating. Spent hours running around stormwind yelling 'WOOOSH' everytime my wings procced :P
I personally liked the absolution regalia. it felt like the most benevolent of the sets..plus the fact that you had to defeat one of the most powerful beings to complete it was a great bonus.
Hunter T2 was EPIC
I have always adored the elegance, power, and enchantment of the Vestments of Faith. The holy priest was finally able to proudly shine with heavenly touch of light that gave strength and power to the delicate halo and the essence was imbued into each garment. In truth, the set was a testament to a healer's power to protect and watch over their friends and loved ones, for only through the help of those selfsame people could the items be obtained. Those that toiled to earn all of the beloved pieces became doubly blessed and had increased powers of faith and spirit as they practiced their arts. Health and love radiated from the priest and that person was truly a source of light and mercy, even in the darkest and most dangerous of places.
For me my All time favorite set was Deathmantle. To me it was the first real set that looked like something that a rogue would use, sure most people will say Bloodfang was #1 but that set just looked too flashed. Don't get me wrong I loved that set too but the solid red didn't really look stealthy. Deathmatle was a mono-tone gray with some purple accents, great colors to blend into the back ground with.
I'm gonna have to go with the Shaman T5.
Warlock T5, too gruesome for words.Well, unless you use the words "baby-eater" or something like that.
Paladin tier2 Judgement, i thought everyone will pick this :dthose shoulders and the helmet ... just awesomeJudgment Armor
Warlock Tier 6 all the way, it was extremely epic to go through orgrimar walking and then the wings flapped, but even most epic was the way to get the set pieces, defeating Mother Sharaz, taking down the Illidari Counci, enganging in an epic battle against Illidan Stormrage helped by Akama and Maievh Shadowsong, along with the epic battle for mount Hyjal where the pit lord Azgalor would mean doom to some, and ending the threat of the burning legion and the third war on Azeroth by defeating the powerful eredar known as Archimonde. This is why i like the warlock tier 6, not only because it looks awesome but the epic story it has behind it.
Sadly, I wasn't playing in vanilla... but every time I see it I wish I had a Paladin Rocking Tier 2 Judgement Armor. Hands down my favorite.
Paladin Tier 2 (Judgement) is easily the best set ever made. I have no idea what the stats or set bonuses on this level 60 gear is. Wouldn't even surprise me if it refers to spells and abilities that Blizz screwed up and can't be used at level 60 (like they did with the druid set). I don't even have a paladin. But this set is the armor set ot end all armor sets. It wins for looks alone. The Judgement set combines plate armor with religious symbols in a way I don't think has ever been seen before. The way the metal hangs in strips resembles real-world religious dressings. The color scheme, not white, but gold and red set a new standard for the paladin pallet. The books with swords for shoulders are awe-inspiring in their symbolism. And the hood conceals the face, but reveals the eyes in a manner that truly encompasses its name. Judgement. Judgement was the first, and arguably the last armor set that you could look at and say, now that's a paladin. Everything that came before and after looks like a shiny version of warrior or death knight gear.Judgment Armor
Rogue Tier 7. Gotta like having daggers on the shoulders. Valorous Bonescythe Battlegear
