I play WoW on a Mac. Looks like no one is prepared for us! WowUp.IO is not ready for Mac. I sure hope they get their act together quickly. I just looked at Overwolf, who is acquiring CurseForge from Twitch. They are not prepared for Mac either. Come on world, Mac is here to stay!
Alas, no Mac support ... says coming soon though :-)
This is perfect! I've been looking for a replacement and this is exactly what I need. Easy to switch and kept all my trp profiles safe.
Just now I downloaded this addon Manager it works perfectly and it installs automatially, i am downloading addons manually this make the work easy. I support this one.
Tried it. Not a fan yet. I have *a lot of* add-ons (hundreds) and it downgraded a lot of add-ons for me. I did set up the settings to Alpha releases, but it still downgraded a lot to release versions. For some addons who hardly get any release versions, it can be a gamechanger to worse. Also when looking for new add-ons, it does not show the release date or game version, like twitch does.BUT I'll keep an eye for it, since I hate using Overwolf.
Does this work with weakauras as well? If not, Cursebreaker is still my #1
The only issue for me is that I can't install a previous version of an addon, should the latest update not work as planned.. (or I guess I should feature that is missing?)In Twitch, when I click an addon, I get a list of previous versions. In this, when I click.. I just get curseforge opened up in my browser.
this is the kind of post i like to hear about
If you need a video tutorial its not straight forward
So I just downloaded & opened WowUp. Did it scan my twitch app or wow folder and find the addons I already had? Or do I need to keep downloading?
