Patch 9.1 PTR Build 39015 Mythic+ Boss Tuning - Hakkar, Dealer Xy'exa, Kryxis Nerfs

Arcane Lightning Dealer Xy'exa infuses a player with unstable Arcane energy that inflicts 19791649 Arcane Damage and applies one stack of Arcane Vulnerability every 3 sec for 9 sec. Every 9 sec Arcane Lightning arcs to the next closest player.

Arcane Vulnerability Causes an enemy to take 3% increased Arcane damage for 12 sec.
Increases damage taken from Arcane Lightning by 5%.

HakkarEdit: This change is to indicate that Hakkar no longer does anything other than Blood Barrage during his shield phase. He doesn't melee and his energy pauses while his shield is active. Thanks to Mandl for testing this.

Blood Barrage Spews a barrage of acrid blood at targeted locations over 14 secuntil canceled, inflicting 4287 Shadow damage and reducing damage done by 10% to enemies within 3 yards for 9 sec. This effect stacks.
Duration changed from 14 sec to -1 ms

Blood Barrier Violently erupts in shadow magic, inflicting 4122 Shadow damage to all enemies, forming a protective barrier and becoming immune to interrupt effects. The value of the absorb is based on the damage inflicted to targets. This effect can also strike Sons of Hakkar.

Necrotic WakeAmarth

Tortured Echoes Amarth harvests power from the deaths of enemies and allies alike. Each application inflicts 396330 Shadow damage to all enemies every 3 sec.
This effect stacks.

Sanguine DepthsKryxis

Juggernaut Rush Kryxis the Voracious charges a targeted player, hitting any players between him and the targeted player for 135115 Physical damage, split between every player hit, and knocking them back.

Essence Absorption Orbs of living essence are absorbed by anyone who touches them. If Kryxis the Voracious touches the essence, he is healed for 12% of his maximum health and gains a stack of Essence Surge. If absorbed by a player, it inflicts 87 Shadow damage to all players.

Theater of PainEdit: Xira is back in the Theater of Pain after being removed in a hotfix.

Opportunity Strikes Xira ambushes a random player, stunning them for 10 sec. and inflicting 23082473 Physical damage every 1 sec.

Does this mean it lasts throughout the fight? Or is it only when Arcane Lightning is on you? Because if its the former then that fight just got a whole lot spicier.
