Deathlink The Eye of the Jailer unleashes dark energies at its current target inflicting 110166 Physical damage. In110289 Physical damage, and increasing damage taken from Deathlink by 100% for 1 min.
In addition, the impact radiates a portion of the damage inflicted to all other players as Shadow damage.

Frost Blast Kel'Thuzad hurls a chunk of ice at an enemy, inflicting 220332165249 Frost damage divided evenly among players within 8 yards and inflicts 66103856 Frost damage every 1 sec for 12 sec. 8 sec.
In addition, this effect applies Frozen Binds.

Frozen Binds Targets effected by Kel'Thuzad's Frost Blast are bound by icy restraints, rooting them for 128 sec.
Duration changed from 12 sec to 8 sec

Relentless Haunt Catching its target causes the Frostbound Devoted to explode, inflicting 80 Shadow damage to enemies within 10 yards.

That would actually mean the soft enrage would be just that much more dangerous. Sure they nerfed the damage, but the healing reduction just stays the same, and that's more crippling than the damage, as the last phase now lasts about 33% longer.
