I was hunting the sinister squashling for the entire hallow eves event and it finally dropped on the last day and I won it! It was amazing and that's all I needed for my achievement! :P

i stopped playing WoW since may of this year, and when i got back last november on a10-day free trial, i was elated to find out that the mount level was lowered to level 30 (i was 34 @ the time). however i was discouraged to find that i had no money, literally. i gave it all to my friends when i left WoW in may. so there i was, just doing my thing, farming various monsters for wool cloth stacks and taking tips from chants. then i do the quest in thousand needles where you have to get the eggs from those flying lions(i forget their names). i see another guy who was doing the quest also and we decided to finish it together. during the quest, the guy gave me all the unsold wool cloth he had found (about 1.5 stacks)because i, mentioned that i was saving for my mount. after the quest, we say bye and part ways, but then he calls me back and opens up the trade window and gives me the 30 gold i needed to get my Mount + training!and after the sale of the two stacks of wool cloth i had about 20g in my pocket and a Violet Raptor between my legs!
Managing to be the only rogue in the raid when a Felstriker dropped.
I'd have to say that the most epic loot I ever attained was a Steamy Romance Novel that my guildmates gave to me because I was the "chick with a hot voice" and they wanted me to read it to them over ventrilo. Out of boredom I did so, and a very long silence ensued.
The most epic loot I have ever recieved or worked for was the , took me forever since it was my first character EVER and I didnt really have any friends on that server at the time. Was quite a while ago so I don't remember how long it took but I do know it was the hardest thing I worked for other than 70 at the time and the first real epic item I attained myself.
My Most epic loot was winning the Amani War Bear the night before the big 3.0.2 patch, it was 11 o clock at night my time, i had just gotten home from a terrible day at work, and a friend from a higher raiding guild told me they needed a tank. It was my first successful timed run for Zul Aman, I rolled against three people I didn't know, two people i knew in real life and a jerk, my roll was a 98 and as it dropped into my bag my heart skipped a beat. I had obtained an item that was only available for that last day and would never be seen again. And even tho we're only a few weeks into the new expansion, I've started to get questions about my mount. I love it.
It was our second Illidan Kill and the T6 chest piece for priests dropped and it was going to be mine. when suddenly i disconnected and my modem crashed.I get a doorbell ring and a worker from the cable company i used said I didn't pay the cable bill (oops) I managed to write a check, pay him, have the internet back up just in time to get my chest piece before it was defaulted to someone else.
