Would be pretty awesome if they did something like this every expansion. Cover atleast one main character of the current story.
Ok, I kept hoping until the end of the war campaign that at some point the Alliance would have some more active role, but this has really been a Horde-oriented expansion in terms of story-telling till the end. I'm feeling a bit cheated as an Alliance-only player, I mean I never gave a crap about Saurfang before I still don't know why I should give a crap about him now and yet everything has been about him. We were really just there as a narrative tool for horde stories. AND WHO THE HELL IS THAT TROLL ?I hope it'll be more balanced in the future. The cinematics are great, from a technical point of view, they are gorgeous, the one especially in the stockades is marvelous from beginning to the end, Sylvanas looks AMAZING in the last one. I find that the story they support is not compelling enough though. I was disappointed by the end of the "4th war".
This hit me hard in the feels. I would pay good money to see Warcraft movies, or TV series, like this. Wow...!
Saurfang died as he lived.A waste of everyone's time.
I left WoW altogether with 8.1, but the one thing that had always kept me hooked was Saurfang's Arc in BfA. We saw him question himself, when Sylvanas burned down Teldrassil. We saw him the possibility of taking his own life in battle at the Battle of Lordareon... only to be reminded of what he originally fought for.We saw Anduin come to him, questioning Saurfang why he didn't kill the young king in battle. He knew of what Sylvanas had done. He wanted his horde back.He even went so far to go to Outland, to gather one of the few people he could truly trust...and Sylvanas knew, but that didn't stop him. When he challenged Sylvanas at Mak'gora... he knew that he would have no chance at winning. But with those rallied at his side, he was able to show Sylvana's true, groteqsue visage. His final words showed that his soul was reinvigorated, that he believed his Horde still lived and breathed. And with his death, I find the spark renewed. Varok Saurfang earned his rightful death in battle, and in some way... the slaying of Sylvanas will be the retribution the Horde needs, and will make Saurfang a legend in the eyes of the Horde.
wow all a short movie, give him an Oscar for this.
