Season 2 started on week 2, with the introduction of the tormented Affix. US servers are in week 3 of path 9.1, 2nd week of m+ season 2, EU starts week 3 tomorrow and with that, the new ilvl loot tables for m+.

With the July 6 weekly reset marking the start of Season 2

Mythic+ end-of-run drops will cap at Mythic+10 throughout the week of July 6-12

It may come as a surprise to you, but all regions do not switch weeks at the same time.
NA is at the time of writing on week 3 of the season. EU is on week 2 until tomorrow.

But these weeks aren't the "real" weeks. Week 1 was Post-Season 1, it wasn't Season 2. In any real terms, NA has entered their 2nd week of Season 2, while EU will enter their 2nd week of Season 2 tomorrow morning.

The cap also wasn't for week 1. Week 1 was still season 1, meaning all season 1 rules still applied.
