Definately Halloween, It always colides with my birthday, and I just really enjoy this time of the year. It's not too warm, nor too cold outside - It's just perfect :)
For me it is winter veil. I love logging in and seeing the giant tree the gifts I get excited to open it and see what blizzard has givin me this year. Pluss there are all the fun things to do like snowball fights and great treats like preserved holly. Most of all I think it is also due to the fact my birthday is dec. 25th :)
My favorite holiday is undoubtly Love is in the air.First of all there is so much things to do everywhere and all the time. Some small things that the other holidays doesn't have. The feeling that the spring is on it's way is also fantastic :)And it makes me dream that someday I will also have a girlfriend to spend such holidays with *Forever alone*
Midsummer is my favorite holiday in World of Warcraft. I love the tabards, the seasonal quests, and the dailies. I love torch-throwing, stealing flames, and destroying Ahune.I really enjoy going back to the Slave Pens. Zangarmarsh is my favorite zone in Outland and the Coilfang instances are almost my favorite (Magister's Terrace and Sunwell Plateau beat them out). Going back really triggers the nostalgia for me; Burning Crusade was the expansion I leveled in and discovered raiding.
Hallow's end has always been my favorite. I remember when I first started WoW and I saw players running around with the mask the headless horseman drops.I was really jealous when I heard them use the laugh thing it has :p.And the mount's always been one of my favorites. (Got it last year on my shaman and I've used it pretty much ever since)
definately hallow's end for me. big fan of irl halloween, so its great to have an in-game mirror for that.
I would say I like Brewfest most because of the atmosphere, music and cool mounts... speaking of mounts, I've been trying to get the kodo for 3 years now on my shaman, and because of that, I would say that I like Winters Veil most, or Children's Week.Winters Veil because.. well, christmas... It cheers me up, and the community + a cool present every year! :)Children's Week because I can get 3 pets which all look cool! ( Egbert ftw) + I like seeing the kid run like hell when I'm flying!
What is your favorite holiday in World of Warcraft and why?Children's Week, i find it very gentle. Among all the holidays I can get on WoW, i think the best, the one that I like the most, is the one that has the more "world-wide" reasons. No matter from which religion, country, society or culture you are, if you are adult you'd like to do something for your toddlers and those around you. In some measure, it finds comfortable to show your faction's king to the orphan you're caring. Even if it's a virtual orphan.
I like the New years Fireworks Spectacular because Slaughtering the opposing faction that you hate with fireworks in the background is the best way to start off any year! All they need now is temporary fireworks cannons set up in major cities to either help repel intruders or help intruders hold the place down once they take the cannons. =PDo IT! mists is supposed to be about pvp and factions anyway.
I like Brewfest best. It comes at the end of a long, colorless period of game play without much happening and suddenly everyone is a bit sillier, a bit happier. Plus, if you get the Brew of the Month Club reward, there's a little reminder to smile that arrives on the first of every month.
It's Hallow's End.I remember myself waiting Skarr the Broken to spawn to get my Orb of Deception, or running Magisters' Terrace for Orb of the Sin'dorei or buying tons of Noggenfogger Elixir to look like something else. Hollow's End gives me the different look I want.Once I was transformed to lil' Diablo, true story.
