Lunar Festival for my vote. 1) Because it makes use of the beautiful and forgotten Moonglade, and 2) When it first came out I ran my level 60 warrior throughout all the lands and dungeons to visit all the elders.
My favorite is Pirate's Day because no one doesn't like pirates.
I'd have to say Brewfest. I started playing shortly after the release of BC. Early on in my WoW career I did a lot of server jumping/faction switching trying to find where I fit in most. And, even though I've been horde for a few years now, I still fondly remember my first Brewfest as a fledgling human warlock. Ever since then, Brewfest has always been the holiday that I look forward to in WoW.
Hallow's End because Halloween is the best holiday ever. Annoying everyone with the HH laugh is awesome.
Midsummer Fire Festival with no doubt.Going through whole Azeroth to lit fires or put them out.
Hallow's End has always been my favorite. I look forward to slaying the Headless Horseman every year. His dialogue and laugh are priceless, HAHAHAHA! Plus the costumes and venturing around Azeroth for candy buckets!
I would have to say noble garden. nothing like having saviours of Azeroth, and die hard raiders running in circles for bunny eggs!the first time noble garden came around with achievements there was the achieve to lay an egg in ungoro crater. We as a guild, went from stormwind city to ungoro just to see who could make it (taking damage meant removing the buff) out of about 20-30 of us who attempted, only about 5 made it. Due to sad things really. most went to fall damage of teeny tiny jumps, a couple random low lvl mobs hit a few others. and near the end a low level horde questing in the area saw a field of bunnies and... >_> yeah.. went bunny hunting. after we noticed him he died quick, but not before he got a couple of us. then (as the mage) I slow-falled us in a massive leap off the cliffs. in the end we found out we could just use the bunny sticks at the crater(so our alts did it much easier) but our bunny race had to have been one of the funnest holidays I have done
My favorite WoW Holiday event is the Christmas/Winter one. The event itself is always a treat to me.The biggest reason I love it so much is that many of my best in-game friends were made during my first one a few years back. Thinking back on those times makes me smile, remembering how we we're all such noobs questing out in Tanaris, Un'Goro Crater, and Silithus. Good, good times.I still remain in contact with many of those friends. I count myself lucky to have them in my life.
Honestly, Hallows End is my favorite in-game holiday, followed by Winters Veil (backwards from my real-life faves). I love the Headless Horseman fight, I love trick or treating, I love getting pumpkins on my head and turning people into different costumes.
Brewfest. Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!
I am also partial to Hallows End cause it provided me with my favorite mount. Also it caters well to every level toon.
Children's week is my favorite. I love walking around with my orphan and being a bad influence. I stuff her full of cupcakes and ice cream and then we skip out on our daily chores!
I prefer Winter Veil.People seem to be more friendly during this event. Must be the Christmas Spirit. Plus, you have an excuse to throw snowballs.
My favorite holiday in WoW is, without doubt, Hallow's End. I love it because there are so many fun events that occur, such as putting out the fires in good ol' Brill or Goldshire, saving Azeroth from the evil Headless Horseman, burning the other factions wickerman and going trick or treating. I just love the pumpkins scattered around the cities, the dark night skies and the scary, but warm, setting. But the best thing of them all is, of course: candy. During this holiday I always have a biig bowl of candy sitting by the pc. Eating while playing is a must :)Hallow's End is such a sweet holiday!
For me that would be Brewfest, since I'm a student and thus alcoholic in RL, it's just the WoW time of year which suits me best ;)
