Midsummer, because not only does it bring a little pvp back into the world and gameplay, but also because it's interesting to go from fire to fire and get the buffs. the 60minute exp buff is nice too
Winter Veil for sure. There's just something about that holiday that makes the world so enjoyable personally. :)
My favorite is brewfest. Mainly because I love all the drunken parties you can have!
My favorite festival is lunar fest. I barely got my first 80 before cata, and I had a lot of fun hangin out with my friends trying to keep the alliance from getting agro on Omen whenever he was summoned. :)
My favorite holiday would have to be the old Hallow's End (Prior to the changes made this year). For started, my birthday is in October. My favorite season is fall. I just like the sense of achievement (get it?) from going to all the inn's and trick-or-treating.
Hallow's End is definitely my favorite.Halloween is my favorite holiday in real life and I love the flavor twist they give it in WoW.I mostly play Forsaken as well and I feel like Hallow's End fits the game world a lot better than some of the others.
Easily the best holiday in WoW is Winter Veil, I mean it's all done up in the shiny lights, you can turn your mount into a reindeer, throw snowballs at your friends. And of course we can't forget that Winter Veil is the best time to bust out our Crashin' Thrashin' Racers and get presents!
Winter Veil is my favorite holiday...Who doesn't love having a nice cup of eggnog, curling up next to a nice warm cooking fire, and watching the little human orphans running around Stormwind, playing in the snow?Lol jk, eggnog is disguting, and the Alliance sucks. Not to mention it's Summer down here in New Zealand, so there's no snow, nor need to curl up to a fire. :)But I do love getting awesome new presents from under the giant tree in the middle of Orgrimmar! :D
Gotta be Brewfest! The overall mood and atmosphere just overflows with fun! The series of events and achievements feel less grindy than some other events. My German heritage probably has something to do with it being my favorite as well. ;)
The Valentines 'Love is in the Air' event. There's something to be said for a holiday around love and romance...where you get a gas mask as a reward.
