My favorite memory was downing The Four Horseman in level 60 Naxx and seeing the Corrupted Ashbringer drop. Then I realized that I was 10 dkp ahead of the resident warrior officer. The atmosphere was so tense with 40 of us on vent and the sword just laying there in the box waiting to be picked up. When they announced me as the winner I was shaking so badly I almost couldn't loot it. To this day it is my pride and joy in wow and I wear it all the time, and offer to show anyone the SM event.
The 1st time I sold some tin in the AH. That was enough for me to get my 1st mount and my riding lesson. After that i was able to make enough gold to have a comfortable existence. If only that were true IRL.
My favourite memory from WoW would have to be; during Burning Crusade we had a prominent Druid tank who would host Mags/ Gruuls PuG runs, and every week my friends and I would attend them. However during Mags he would always do the explanation for the fight and after consecutive weeks of this, it because quite repetitive. So we found ways to entertain ourselves; one of which being would be to wipe the entire raid... before they even started. Our hunter would misdirect one of the far adds to the tank, I would taunt the add in front of the raid and our mage friend would then make a portal (they were instant cast back in BC) we would then all quickly port to Shattrath and laugh about it, while everyone else fumed about it, we never were caught, because we were "regulars" to the raid. Even mentioning it today we still laugh.
My favourite memory would have to be the very first day I played the game. Rolled a human mage. After completing the starting area I moved on to do more quests. Curiosity got the better of me so I decided to stop doing quests for a bit and started exploring :DLike many of us did, I "discovered" Hogger. I wiped countless times. But I had a blast trying to figure out how I'm going to kill this "boss". Was quite a noob back them. Even had some talent points in arcane and fire. It didn't even occur to me to try and specialize in a spec. It was moments like that that made me fall in love with this game.
As a new player to WoW, Wowhead made the first six months of solo playing easier, then after a six month hiatus, coming back to cataclysm's release,, leveling a new toon on the opposite faction, Wowhead made things easier again, and now as an Officer in my guild, I know I can count on Wowhead when guildies ask questions I don't know the answer to. Thank you Wowhead, and Happy Birthday :)

My favorite memory from WoW is the the first time our small "casual raiding" guild took down Ragnaros for the first time. We went nuts :) MC was also my favorite raid for a long time.
Odd but the horribleness of a guild my husband and I were in in the second tier of WotLK, because we were struggling a lot on the first fight of Ulduar, but from that we met some amazing people that we have become close friends with. We actually ended up forming our own guild with them and have been pretty successful in raiding. When we move back to the US we plan on all getting together. They are all amazing people and we all get along very well. And there are always laughs to be had in Vent, even when we are all dying to something completely avoidable and stupid.
My favorite memory from WoW is when i was in my first raid with my guild. And why?Because I played wow on "Not original wow servers" for three years and i wanted to see what the original wow server's raids like.
My favorite memory of wow...hmm this is a tough one. Well I think it's the first time I saw the Brewfest festival. My boyfriend is Irish and he likes his beer and since we were a country apart seeing this brought memories of him. I know is silly but when I called him on the phone and told him about the festival he was more elated than me about it. After that he bought Wow and made a Dwarf, he's in love with his character and the silly beer references of the game. :D
My favourite ever moment in wow was at the Dark Portal event, just before TBC dropped. Seemed like everyone on the server was stood on the edge of the crater watching, waiting, messing about, nattering, and just having a good time...no nabs no trolls, the sight of that I dont think i will forget for a long time :). I still have the tabard of the protector which everyone got for attending the event.
I'd have to say hitting level 80 before my brother did, because he usually finishes games before I do.
My favorite memory would probably be the first time I went to Brewfest.Drinking truckloads of beer and then fending off an invading army with the mugs? Easily the greatest holiday ever conceived.
My by far favourite moment in world of warcraft was back in the begining of TBC. I was in a small swedish guild, only like 12 people that activly played. But we had so much fun. All knew eachother and we just had a blast, even though we just went through Karazhan 200 times. :)
Nothing beats that first ever dungeon run in Shadowfang Keep. I was pretty much like HOLY CRAP whenever we killed a boss. Nothing comes close to such memories. In second it would have to be my first ever raid at the level cap. It was in Naxx 10 (yes, I'm a Wrath noob) for the weekly and it got me really into raiding.
