Leveling my Shadow Priest in Un'Goro six years ago, and being smashed by a Devilsaur.A guildmate challenged me to solo one. So I did, and by blowing every possible cooldown and trinket (Essence of Eranikus was an awesome green back then!), I actually managed to take down the Devilsaur. This prompted further exploration of elite-slaying, such as the giants in Winterspring and the drakes in the Burning Steppes. All in all, definitely one of my favorite WOW memories.
My favorite moment in wow is when I was only 2 weeks in the game playing as a lvl 20 dwarf rogue when my friends (that also dragged me into playing this game about 5 years ago) mailed me the leather set from Deadmines (except the chest ofc which was BoP). They spent hours farming that instance just to get me that set. That's probably my favorite memory of WoW and from that point on it made me want to play the game more and more.
My favourite moment in WoW was downing Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern for the very first time. Clearing SSC was an amazing feeling of accomplishment and the result of hours and hours of work over months. So much blood, sweat and tears, so many flasks, elixirs, food buffs and repair gold...Totally worth it!
My favorite moment in WoW is when my guild first downed Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern with the help of the first addon I developed. The addon helped communicate who had the tainted cores and despite it being simple communication and range checking, it helped us get the kill. It was an exciting night with a great group of people, some of which I am still with now.
My favourite memory of World of Warcraft was my very first day, in Mulgore, knowing there is an entire world waiting for me out there, and admiring the stunning scenery. I've killed the Lich King, I've done all sorts of Achievements, but nothing can compare to that day when I was just shocked by the rolling plains of Mulgore ;-)
My favorite moment in WoW was the first time I ever fought against Magmaw with my guild. It was so much fun, despite the fact that we suck at life and raiding we always made sure that we had fun, The main reason why is because me and another guild-y we're have a contest of who had the lowest, YES the lowest, DPS. It was so funny when our guild leader goes "Are you guys SERIOUSLY arguing who has the least DPS? Are you drunk?" The whole guild then had a discussion on who had the lowest DPS. It was so funny, and so much fun, There was no doubt that I was going to stay with this guild no matter what.
My favorite Moment in Wow was when I back at level 60 Tanked Rag On my Paladin XD i felt like i achieved so much and that i proved to my guild that paladin's are more than healers and buffers, i even won the epic shield off him so that was a plus i even go back to MC and relive the good days and Remember how it took 40 people to do that and you had to actually put a lot of work into your character
When me and some friends went on a dungeon and raid spree, completing most of the dungeons and raids in a day (we where all 85) while voicechatting on skype. Yelling random stuff at each other and generally laughing our asses off :D
Mine happened about 5 years ago when I was in a guild group running Uldaman. We were all around level 45-ish, before Patch 2.3 Archadeas was level 47.We were at the final boss and we got the boss down to 15% or so when the rest of my party died. With plenty adds and the boss on me I had to take him down by myself...which I did ^_^(I was a paladin and hadn't used bubble and Lay on Hands yet so in hindsight it wasn't that hard)Quested with that same group for about a year after that before the guild fell apart but I still remember that moment to this day.
My favourite memory would be before the dungeon finder. When we stacked outside of dungeons and like raids recruited, especially ToC 5man. Funnily enough was quicker than some 30min queues today.
My favorite WoW moment was when i was level 60ish with my paladin and had just completed my Charger and Blood Knight tabard quests, spending all my hard gained money in the process at the time. Didn't care at all about the money tho, having achieved to be a Blood Knight like the npc ones walking in SMC was just amazing :)
My favorite moment in WoW hands down is when i saved a damsel in distress from being terribly lost in Marudon. It was during wotlk and we were both 80, she was a new guildie and going for the Classic Dungeon master achievment, and got very lost in the maze that is Marudon. After 30 minutes of complaining in vent, i decided i would go rescue her, I however went in the wrong entrance and ran around for 10 minutes trying to find her. After i realized my mistake and switched entrances I finally found her and we downed the end boss soon after. Our traumatizing event led us closer together, I gained a pocket healer, and eventually a girlfriend. She moved down from Washington to California and now, 2 years later, we are getting married.
Raiding for the first time in BC was the most enjoyable time i had at the beginning of my wow experiance. Raiding still is very enjoyable for me,conquering challanges with friends.
