My favorite moment(s) in WoW is looting Anzu each and every day. The little twitch you get as your about to potentially reveal you prize is a tense, nerve-racking experience fuelled with a tiny bit of adrenaline, red bull and rustler's burgers. This moment still happens each and every day for not just me, but many of us poor people bestowed with the 'unluck' title.Either that or every time I see someone play as a female tauren.
When I first began, I was playing with my sister. We both rolled druids. I had gotten to level 20 first (after like 2 months of playing). I instantly went to get cat form, extremely excited. She decided to make a big wall of cardboard around my desktop so the surprise wouldn't be ruined for her. x)Good times.... good times indeed.
Well, my favorite memory was when I played on a trial-account.Went into Orgrimmar for the first time and I was just STUNNED by the huge intimidating buildings, the zeppelins in the sky and the players with drakes everywhere. I immediatelly went into a zeppelin tower , took the zeppelin to Stranglethorn and died by a raptor attack. So yeah , that's my favorite memory of WoW.
My favourite moment in WoW ... oh, there are many, but I'll pick this one: The first time I met with both my sons on the streets of Dalaran. We do socialize a lot on WoW, which is great since we don't live together all the time. But this was the very first time that we stood side by side in a virtual world. What a great addition to real life! (But wth, WoW is rl!)

My favorite recent memory has to be the first time I entered Uldum, I was not there to quest but merely to mine and enjoy the view, it was exactly what I thought a new area should be like, It had the gradious views and the details that deserved to be there.
Ah, Fel Reavers. My best memory in World of Warcraft was experienced after Cataclysm while I was leveling my blood elf hunter in Hellfire Peninsula, home to the infamous Fel Reaver. At level 59, close to 60, and with over 300 gold, I forced my friend to take my sister's blood elf death knight to come help me quest, because frankly, I was an epic fail at the beginning quests in Hellfire. My sister's death knight was level 61, high enough level to not be totally owned by the Bonechewer orcs, but low enough level not to sap my experience like a higher level would. After we finished with the Bonechewer orcs, we moved on to Felspark Ravine. I had seen a Fel Reaver pass nearby before, but it had been heading back towards Thrallmar and away from the ravine, so I assumed we would be safe long enough to do our quest. My hunter pet was a blue fox I had tamed in Loch Modan somewhere around level 25, because I had made my sister help me get to Loch Modan safely. I named this fox Cid, and I loved this fox.We were attacking an Infernal Warbringer in Felspark Ravine. It was the last one we needed for our quest, and we had almost finished killing it when suddenly I noticed a brownish pair of what looked to be feet come up from our left, and Cid went to attack it as he is possibly the most retarded fox ever. In a matter of seconds Cid was dead, and my friend and I had scrolled over the NPC to see that it was the Fel Reaver that roamed back and forth through the area. My friend had already started running, and I ran maybe five feet with Aspect of the Pack now active before I decided to let my buddy handle the Fel Reaver and used my Feign Death ability. My friend was killed, and not a happy camper to say the least. But I was left alive, and once the Fel Reaver was gone, I revived Cid, and convinced my friend to keep helping me despite my letting them die and keeping myself alive and unharmed.
My favorite memory from World of Warcraft, like many others, are from back in Vanilla days. The game has developed a LOT since then, but there are a few things that really shined back then, which is next to gone in the current state of the game. I am of course talking about World PVP. No, I don't consider Tol Barad or Wintergrasp PvP.Anyway, it all started with me and 2 of my real life friends being bored in Orgrimmar after having farmed gold in Tyr's Hand for hours. We decided "Why don't we go and make some fuzz in Southshore?" Seem'd like a perfectly good idea, which turned out to be the best experience I've ever had in the game.I went to the reagent vendor and bought some Rune of Portals to I could cast a Portal: Undercity on my mage. We figured that my irl mate who played his druid would be healing / rooting, and the hunter would be cool guy while I smack faces with PoM Pyro. Anyway, we flew down to Tarren Mill and mounted our amazing 60% mounts (Who could afford epic mounts anyway, they cost a THOUSAND gold!) When we arrived we saw a couple of low level Alliance. That is, we saw them for a second before we killed them faster than you can say "Southshore"! So after about 15 minutes of guard killing and low level killing, there was suddenly a group of 5(!) level 60 alliance players in our face. We were obliterated, to say so lightly. I decided to make a portal to Orgrimmar, and ask for assistance. I remember my exact words: "Hey guys, some guys in Tarren Mill thinks they're the boss, how about you all come and start a little raid on them?". I got about 5 whispers, and we were quickly a total of 10 players 5 minutes later. We headed back to Southshore, and started to get our revenge on the Alliance scum. However, we didn't expect it to escalate to such a high level..Only 1 hour later, when we were about to quit, there was suddenly a massive, and I mean massive, amount of Alliance headed our way. I'm not even joking, there must've been 50 of them at least. I made my way back to Orgrimmar, and said "Ok guys, there's 50+ Alliance in Southshore, heading for Tarren Mill. Get your butts out of Orgrimmar, and let's show them who's in charge of the Hillsbrad Foothills. This is when it all began... The most epic world pvp fight I have ever experienced. We were quickly 50 against 50 or so people, the lag was intense, but it was the most awesome thing ever none the less. We had a great time on the realm forums the next week as well..This doesn't happen anymore. Lots of players willingly going to a zone, in a large scale battle against the opposing faction. It's a charm of the game that is long gone, but hopefully it will one day return. For now, it will always be my most amazing memory from WoW.Sorry for any spelling errors.
Kiting the world bosses to orgrimmar and the crossroads. That and barrens chat way back in the day. Was so much fun.
My Favorite Memory of all time In World of Warcraft is when i was Level 40, and I did a For the Horde. I Managed to Stay alive the whole time til the Last Boss. Then I didn't know what to so i Released, and went to the graveyard. People Yelled at me to hurry back before the finish. Then, just a Split Second before they Finished, i was back. I got the Black War Bear, and Everyone in Battlegrounds would always ask me about it. My Second Favorite Memory, is when on my old Server Detheroc, Every got in a Line, and walked around Org. Everyone was Making Train Whistles, and Yelling " JOIN THE ORG. EXPRESS! " It was so funny, and i can't forget that :P
There are many great memories from playing WoW. Playing way back I remember running all the way from Darnassus to participate in Brewfest as a level 8 Night Elf Druid. Back then you couldn't get a mount till you were level 40, and there were no addons to point you in the right direction. It was a feat completed over two days but worth it to get my first chance to ride a mount ; barking around Ironforge, and collecting barrels for the festival. That journey set the tone for much of the way I still play WoW, but of course traveling around this huge world is so much easier now. I still have my 2007 Vintage Yellow Brewfest Stein sitting safely in my bank vault helping me to remember that epic journey.
My favorite WoW memory is easy to pick, way back in the original WoW days, I hit 40 on my Tauren Shaman (who is still level 40 to this day) and had 10 gold. (I liked spending more in WoW than making at the time.) I wanted my first mount SO bad and my brother played with me and he jumped around me for about an hour on his cheap warlock mount. A guildy was kind enough to send me 120 or so gold to buy it and when it came in the mail(after an hour) I thought I was the richest person in the game. I bought my mount and my brother and I decided we'll venture across the whole world, starting with Eastern Kingdom. We came across a group of 60's and got ganked, over and over. Never played that character again.
