My favourite memory is the first time my guild killed Ragnaros, It was epic, but mostly because we were crap.
My favorite World of Warcraft memory would be something many of us have done, and is often forgotten about with all the fun things to do in Azeroth, and the frequent release of new content. With the advent of the Dungeon Finder, it has become less frequent. Perhaps that is part of the reason my favorite memory is of my friends (both from real life, and ones i met in WoW) and I leveling up our characters together. we would do quests, instances, and battle grounds. I was a tank, and we had a healer, and DPS. we felt like an unstoppable force. Playing without all 4 of us online was a sacrament that none of us would dream of. we took pride in our bond, and how well we worked together. we coordinated, and sometimes just talked on ventrillo, and the higher our levels went, the stronger our friendship became. as fun as PUGing an instance with people you have never met is, nothing compares to running with my three friends, and that's why it's my best WoW memory.
My favorite memories in WoW were the memories I created when I first started the game. A troll hunter, back when they shared a starting zone with orcs. Enjoying wow's rich artistry and landscapes, creatures and items, and trying to figure out how to play the game haha. I met a few other newbies and we partied up and we were unstoppable, taking on every challenge. Then we tried to do that quest where you had to kill Fizzle for his orb, which if I remember correctly was a pretty challenging quest for the average new player. So, needless to say we rushed in headstrong and started getting our faces beat in, my comrades falling all around me, and right when everything seemed lost, a lvl 47 priest who's name escapes me comes along and bubbles me, and literally saves the day. We thanked her and she just laughed, said your welcome and left. Those experiences really introduced me into the wonders and sorrows of wow haha, and as if I couldn't get any more sappy, taught me that you have to work together to get most things done in WoW.
My favorite memory was the first time my 25 man guild killed KT. I'd only been playing a couple months, and after being asked to join someone's guild and raid with them, killing the end boss (however easy) felt like a huge accomplishment
My favorite memory in World of Warcraft would definitely be all my experiences while leveling, all the lore and humor, all the interesting places and characters, all the beautiful and cool scenery. It really is a very well developed game, with people who love what they do.
my favorite memory was the isle of quel'danas when it first arrived. i love PvP, and that was incredible imo.
My favorite moment has to be when I first started, The war effort was going full swing to unlock the AQ gates. It felt like both sides were working together to help our realm unlock the gates ASAP & it was fun. I'm hoping they do something similar again.
My favorite had to be when I finally ran Molten Core for the first time on my 85 pally. I was just messing around, maybe hoping that one of the Bindings of the Windseeker would drop and lo and behold Garr decides to be nice to me and drops his. I was so excited that the following week I decided to run it again but Baron Geddon said no to me. So on my 3rd week of running MC, Baron Geddon finally drops the other half. I was jumping for joy and so after I kill Ragnaros for the quest item, I spent the rest of the day mining enough thorium and arcane crystals to make the arcanite bars required for Thunderfury and when I finally got the mats for it, I had a guildie make it for me, then for the next few days I would be running random Cata normals while tanking with Thunderfury.
I used to play my WoW, not our WoW.I played solo; no one speak to me and I didn't speak to anyone. I got some invitations to join guilds, but refused fearing not being "good enough".My favourite memory was the day I risked accepting an invite from a big guild; my wow existence changed completely from that day on.WoW is more than a game to me now; it's a place to meet friends and have fun.
