Paladin Tier9, "Turalyon's Battlegear" is my favorite. It's unfortunate that the model had to be shared with Warriors and Death Knights, but I think it's apparent that the set was designed first with paladin's in mind. The Pally set fits the class perfectly while the other's just look like recolors.I think it's an under-appreciated set thanks to Blizzard's decision of making tier9 the junk you got for facerolling Wrath heroics, but I think if people judge the set on it's own in the future, people will realize it had the perfect paladin look.
Tier 3 Raid Set, Dreadnaught's Battlegear. It was the first item set that really made me feel that tanks could feasibly take all the damage they were being dealt without being split in half.
Warrior Tier 6, I think depicts very well the warrior class! http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=673#screenshots:id=55010
Druid T3 or Valorous Druid T7
Warrior tier 2 or 3. Both are so badass.

All of Tier 5. If I had to narrow it down I would say Tier 2 for Rogues, it just looks epic.
I'ma let y'all finish, but Druid Tier 1 set was the best tier of all time.
My favorite tier set hands down is the Dragonstalker set, T2, for Hunters. Not only does it fit with the content it was released with, it has some of the best set bonus compared to the level of the gear in my opinion. Not only that, I remember when getting set pieces like were almost prestigious, and you had the right to show it off. All around, I love this set due to it's amazing model, great bonuses, and the color isn't bad either. :P
Tier 2, definitely. It has eight great pieces to it, each with great stats, and a perfect fit to all classes' characteristics. Go look at every piece of that tier, and I guarantee you it fits with class lore.Judgement, and Bloodfang are two of my personal favorite sets. Considering they're both from the same tier, that's a pretty good indicator of the quality and effort Blizzard put in to each piece.
I will definitely have to go with Warlock tier 2. The Nemesis Skullcap Is still my favorite helm in this game, and the rest of it gives the warlock a perfect look to match their class. Paladin tier 2 came pretty close though. :)
Call me crazy, but I loved the Hunter T6.
I started to play WoW with Cataclysm, so I only saw the olds tier sets because of wowhead's database. So, the mage Tier 11 (firelord), is special for me.
