My favorite was Warlock Teir 1; the first teir set I ever got, and the coolest looking one, we looked awsome.
Mine is the tier 9.. I liked the way it looked on my mage :)
It hard to say which on I like the most , all them have something I like cause of the stats or make me laugh, If i going to choose I will pick Tier 11 , it make's me laugh when i see someone with it. I think it look's like we are wearing a bird on our head and shoulders not to mention the stats on it are something 3% to attack very nice.. can't wait to get em:) Just too bad we can't fly with it hehe....
The perfect set would be Warlock's T8. It was by far the most class-like tier set ever
I have always loved the Paladin Tier 6 Set (Lightbringer Raiment - that is the Holy set). Although when I see it now, it makes me reminisce of BT/Sunwell days, I feel like more of the future Paladin Tier sets should follow the same idea and principles in the model design of Tier 6. My favorite part of the set is how it characterizes the Paladin class. I love how the crown/helm floats above the head and how it radiates light outwards. The shoulders are a big part as well, particularly due to the glow they emit. This set made me very proud to be a Paladin when I was finally able to collect the entire Raiment. As its name (Lightbringer) implies, it heroically symbolizes the passion, zealotry, and purity of the class to which this fantastic set belongs to.
My favorite tier set is a tie between the Deathmantle Tier 5 Rogue set and the Corrupter Raiment Warlock Tier 5.
i Really love the T6 set for pallys it brings everything about being a paladin who fights for the light to a visual meaning i will always have my tier six set
Priest tier 6 has always been my favoriteVestments of AbsolutionI really like how 8 piece sets fit everything together and this one looked awesome, and BC was some of my favorite content.
T9 Paladin Gear - the mix between an actual battle plate look to the set and the lion accents given to it on the chest piece. As an alliance paladin it made you feel as though you were actually there in uniform to represent the alliance. Plus it also had the fur underlining that made it fit perfectly into the Northrend style - functional in cold weather and that it was actually made on the grounds of the tournament with materials from the area.
My favourite was the Cenarion Raiment. I was a tree with antlers. And it took me ages to get, I was so proud when I finally got all of the pieces.

The old dungeon set 1,2 will stay my fave. If you survived the agonizing grind to get all the gear you could then torture yourself more by "upgrading" it to the next level. For Druids and Shamans it looked so cool. Also didn't have to get 3 different types of armor, the D1,2 set had it all and by right it should cause traversing the entire Azeroth and doing the quests for the upgraded armor wasn't that easy. Still remember after my first Lich King kill I won the staff that dropped and equip that and my D2 set and walked around Dalaran like those NPC's with T6 armor displaying my new title, LIKE A BOSS!Come to think about it, it fit very nicely while riding on my Ravenlord mount too...
I would have to go with the Shaman Tier set "Cataclysm Tier 5"it looks awsome with the molten lava cracks all over. it matches the cataclysm expansion too...
I really, really liked the T10 Raid set, because of the stats it used to give and also, as a paladin, i loved the way you looked, kinda like a man/woman who has seen evil to the face, and has stood his/her ground, protecting others from harm, and going into the heart of darkness itself to vanquish it, wherever you go. Plus the procs it gave you were pretty nifty :) also, all of the other classes got some real nice looks, like, they adapted to the dangers of Northrend and are now at the doorstep of the evli king himself, if you look at all of them, it looks really nice, all armor pieces, I was excited when I saw ALL armor sets, they still look nice!
Mine probably has to be T12, I am getting pretty excited about it lol
My Favorite gear set is still Dragonstalker It just felt so awesome to acquire. There you are a young Hunter noob who randomly gets accepted into a Onyxia Raid because you answered the pretest of "do you know your right from your left" correctly and suddenly your in the fight of your life against a Monster that made everything you faced from 1 to 60 look like a game of Hello kitty island Adventure. You fought tooth and nail against the dark broodmother and her wretched spawn for what seems like forever and in a climax of fire and death the mighty beast falls. People scramble to the corpse while healers rezzed the dead and suddenly you see those magical words "Dragonstalker's Helm all hunters roll" Now the real battle began. You'd fling your dice with your entire body shaking with burning desire as your teeth clenched and your eyes stared looking for your roll, the rolls stop and the raid leader calls your name! Moans of of regret and anger erupt while the cries of joy soar from your soul as you equipped the mighty helm and looked at your raid a noob hunter no longer! Your a dragon slayer, a Raider, and now you set your sights on Blackwing Lair. Many failed, Many did not finish the set, but you regretted nothing in your quest for the set that was Dragonstalker...
Warrior Tier 1, the Might set has to be my favorite. Its got spikes everywhere, the beartrap faceguard, and it's the set High Warlord Saurfang wore for the longest time, isn't that proof enough that it is the greatest set ever?
Tier 4 was my favorite set. I never completed a set before, i became more into wow toward the later half of vanilla, so I love this set because it was the first one i completed.
