Definitely T1 warrior, (Battlegear of Might) it just makes you look like a warrior is supposed to look, as all of the classic wow sets. Also brings back good memories.

My personal Favourate is the T1 Cenarion Raiment. I love the antlers and the shoulders its a very persoanl design for a druid to represent their link and liking for nature.
I think paladin Judgement Set looks the best because it is what i always thought a paladin should look like
I really liked Cataclysm Regalia , and u got to admit if you paired it with the molten claws it looks AMAZING ! :D
Warlock T6
For me, it is is certain that the best looking set is Warlocks Tier 5 set (http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=646#). However, in my opinion, it's bonuses are useless, or let's say, not that good. This is why I leave my vote on Priests Tier 6 (Vestments of Absolution), which isn't overpumped with effects, still has awesome pieces and view. So, to make it it clear, my fav was Priest Tier 6
My favorite tier set of gear was druid T10 ,Sanctified Lasherweave Garb because with him i was king of recount, manaendless raid healer!
It has to be Tempest Regalia , T6Always played as a mage and loved it, always loved Arcane too. This set is beautiful and also is probably the most appropriate for an arcane mage for the colors and design. Also Cowl of the Tempest is one of the best head pieces I've ever seen, love that shiny purple cowl with electricity running between the "antennas"
I love the now-deprecated Shaman Dungeon Set 2, The Five Thunders. Also known as Tier 0.5, it was the only one of the Dungeon Set 2s I managed to complete before the Cataclysm came and wiped them out forever. It required (eventually) collecting all of the Dungeon Set 1 (Tier 0) pieces for your class and completing an intriguing quest chain which upgraded your set piece-by-piece as you progressed through the chain. The quest chain - given by Mokvar for the Horde or Deliana for the Alliance - is a sweeping tale of greed and redemption, set all around Azeroth and featuring a diverse cast of good- and bad-guys; mercenaries and spectral assassins; desperate love; lost friends; a cursed medallion; and a device that lets you talk to the dead! With literally something for everyone, in that it wasn't restricted to just one class or role, the Dungeon Set 2 chain was a gem that now sparkles only in my memories.
My favorite tier was probably T7, especially for pally tanks, because almost every other tier had me wearing a dress and tanks just shouldn't wear a dress.
The current one, because they look awsome
Gronnstalker http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=669#modelviewer:2+1 eyes everywhere looking at you failing at raiding.
I think my favorite tier of armor was the Paladin Tier 7 set. The Redemption Battlegear set. Having started playing WoW during the tail end of BC, this was the first Tier of armor I got after starting to raid. I managed to get pretty much the entire set for both Ret and Prot specs as I swapped to tanking partway through Naxx. I know it looked like something out of Voltron, but I really liked it! maybe being a kid growing up watching Voltron had something to do with it.
The tier 1 Raid Set for priests, Vestments of Prophecy: http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=202#. Is and will forever be my favorite. The way it make you look like when combined with Benediction, is how a true priest should be. The set is eadiating pure holy enegies and give you the look of something divine and not some kind of war machine from the underworld (Se tier 9 horde set http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=-179#. and you will know whan I am talking about)
