My favorite tier set would be the mage heroic Tier 7. It was the first tier set I had every piece for, so there's sentimental value there. But also, I love how it looked. One of the few times I actually had my helm showing!
New T12 looks amazing, love to cosplay some of that :D
T11 druid was pretty awesome. The electricity kinda looked all shamany, though.
I liked Warrior T6. Through BC i played a tauren warrior tank and the T6 really made my tauren look like he was ready to take hits and just shake em off.
I personally love Tier 3 for warriors. It was a simple set, nothing over the top, like bright colors and crystals everywhere but it was still a beauty. And in my opinion, it really fit the warrior class. I still hold onto the set on my warrior to this day, as well as the remake from Wrath of the Lich King. Dreadnaught's Battlegear
My choice would have to be Dreamwalker, Druid tier 3 from the original Naxxramas.First off, this is where Blizzard stopped jerking around and gave them pure healer-stats, making it the first real healer-set for the druids.Secondly, the set-bonuses was amazing, particularly the third one that increased the target's maximum hp-pool (Really needed in those days).Thirdly, it was simply beautiful! I played a mage back then, but I fell completely in love with Dreamwalker from the moment I saw it on the PTR. No other sets have ever come close (except Avenger's Battlegear, paladin AQ-set, clocking in at a steady 2nd place.I also still like the idea of sets with many pieces, as it adds to the feeling that you're one with your gear, instead of it consisting of several random items that doesn't have anything to do with each other, apart from the stats. They really gave druids something to look forward to, especially since they previously had been given antlers and moose-heads.
Bloodfang is by far the most impressive set. It's the only set that made rogues actually look like rogues and the reason my first main character in vanilla was a rogue. Even after some of it's pieces were 'recycled' in TBC, people still stop and look. My rogue is a Nightelf but I think it looked best on Male Undead characters :)
Tier 6 paladin set Lightbringer Armor because tirion got them :D
Tier 5 Mage. Why?Because I started playing at the open of TBC and started with a squishy mage. I dreamed of having that set and now, several years later, I got the legs a few weeks ago. Ah... the joy of a getting old gear that eluded me for so long.
t2 pally, because it is the best looking set Blizzard ever made.Honerable mention to mage t5, because it is perhaps the set that best fit the class it was designed for.
I really loved the Paladin Sanctified Lightsworn Battlegear. It was dark as the expansion, and it looked like plate armor. I really wish it didn't have a kilt, though.
The original Frostfire Regalia it was so epic to have, I got asked where I got it all the time in org!
Tier 5 is the best Mage set, and the best looking set in the game for a mage. Coloring and texture is Awesome, plus it was the fist to step away from the ugly crown look. However the Tier 12 set may end up being my favorite.
Tier 6 for the druid is my favorite. I liked how it blends in with TB.
I love Tier 8 for Paladin (Aegis Regalia or ) because it has a plate skirt! So cute!
