My favorite zone has to be Mount Hyjal. I love the atmosphere and natural aspect.
I'd personally have to say Ragefire Chasm in Ogrimmar. It's such a simple instance, but it was the first instance I ever entered on WoW and used to get a great deal of enjoyment trying to solo it on my old Hunter! If not an instance, then it would definitely have to be Zul'Drak. The questing is great fun, infiltrating the scourge with a costume, playing a Storm Giant etc! The aesthetic side of the zone also impresses me. It flows together really well imo.
My favorite zone is Nagrand. It's a beautiful zone (even still today) with a peaceful atmosphere. It has lots of animals, Hemet Nesingwary, and ogres! Who doesn't love ogres? And the sky looks amazing.
zangarmarsh for sure you just have to love a mush room forest and little mushroom dudes not to mention the spore bats

My favorite region is Hellfire Peninsula. Whenever i first enter this zone, i always get an overwhelming sense of progress. This is because i know i'm finally done the old stuff and finally delving into something new. Watching your gear get replaced for items with stats tenfold, watching you discover the new materials to be gained and the new line of quests, its a completely different experience than can be found in previous areas. It's the first step into a new game. Also, it's home to the Blood Furnace, one of my favorite dungeons.
My favorite has to be Howling Fjord. Seeing the lift on the side of a cliff when you're first getting questing in the zone. The scenery was amazing and well complimented by the music, made it come to life.
I always thought that the Netherstorm was kind of fun. I liked the weird purple landscape, and the instances were entertaining.
So my favorite Map of all the maps in the game was probably Winterspring. Winter has always been the season I love the most but mainly because I would either A go into there on my dwarf and just chill in some warm clothes. Or I would get on my troll shaman with all his wolf looking gear and kill random wolfs and stuff and shout out macros.
my money is on Nagraand. It was soo beautiful there that even though I knew just about every nook and cranny there, I could still spend hours there without getting bored. It felt like I was always on a picnic there!
I LOVE Nagrand in Outlands. The classical, soothing, creative music portrays the perfect vision of mythical planets, milkyways and stars that float above our very heads while either questing, reputation grinding, or just hanging out with your enemies in the Nagrand World PVP Arena. The colors of the sky shine brightest at night with the ever so close planets looming above Outlands, The anti-gravity, endless waterfalls hovering in the sky, misting players as they run beneath them killing that one last creature for Hemet Nesingwary's animal game quest. The variety of animals, demons, humanoids, orcs, and elementals had the perfect flavor to one zone for ones' self questing needs; let us say you will never be bored visiting Nagrand. For its colors, music, terrain, and variety in enemies will never fail you :)
Favorite zone would have to be Redridge. Purely for the John J. Keeshan quest chain. It's just way too fun!
My favourite zone has to be Elwynn Forest. That was where I started my very first WoW character, a human warrior! Ever since that day, the vibe I get from that zone brings nostalgic tears to my manly eyes. The music is also awesome!
Mount Hyjal - I mean cmon....it's got a trampoline!
