Mulgore, I can't say exactly why, but it just seems like such a big and open zone. Grassland for as far as you can see, it just seems really peaceful. Like some place I'd actually like to visit. All my characters are Alliance, so I don't even get to spend much time in Mulgore, but the little time I have spent there has left an impression on me.
My favorite zone is Uldum because i love all the movies it got and all fun questes and mechanlises (spelling) so as Azshara i love seems the rocketway :-D, I love all WoW movies. I also love Felwood with one of the laters quests when you are at arthas and helping illidan its so awesome!
My favorite zone is definitely Hyjal. Having raided it, and played WC3 it is amazing to see it in full luscious detail and relive events that happened in the caverns of time and during the campaign of WC3. Being able to see hero's such as Malfurion and Ysera was a huge plus as well!
I think the whole Vashj'ir continent, which was the first one of the new zones I saw after not being able to play the game for about year, is awesome, though if I have to pick a specific zone, I would go with the Shimmering Expanse. It is astoundingly beautiful, all those little environmental things make the zone seem to be alive and the questline which kept me awake the whole night is absolutely enjoyable.
My favorite zone is Storm Peaks because i love the lore with the watchers and the quest line with Thorim and Loken that lead to ulduar in the end. And the quests with the frost giants it was awesome. it reminds me of the norse religion that i worship and love

My favourite zone.It is so many zones I like so I can't really choose one favourite, but if I were to do that would be Elwynn forest, mainly because my first character was a human mage. but for the fun me and my friend had while we were levelling trough there in vanilla. one most memorable thing is "The elite cow!". he had played the game for a while and knew more stuff then me ofc, so he told me about elites, rares and such. said elites have yellow bars, then a cow passed my char and... ELite cow! hahahaha xDthats my favourite zone & Why! TL:DR? Elwynn forest, had fun there and being flamed because I saw an elite cow....
My favourite zone is Mulgore. It was the first zone I ever saw. It has tribal villages, the 'Rites of the Earthmother' quests and the first lessons in the great hunt, just the things you'd expect from the Tauren. Between the barren Barrens, desolate Desolace, the stony Stonetalon Mountains and feral Feralas, Mulgore is a zone where nature (or the Earthmother) is at your side. It's a little island of peace in the middle of a war-torn world (if you forget about the quilboar). Even the Cataclysm didn't change it too much. And it has got mutated, axe-wielding rabbits!
Really enjoyed the Uldum zone. It brought a complete 'new' area that felt much like visiting old Egypt, complete with tie-ins to Harrison Jones, and who doesn't love driving a big ball of fire through piles of gnomes!.. Overall a cohesive well put together zone.
Well, the best zone is surely Tirisfal glades. If we have to think a zone for the undead class, we surely think about a zone where everything is dusky, sick, gloomy, hurted in deeply; we surely think about Tirisfal glades. That's why.
i spent alot of time in the barrens leveling so i think its really cool that they split in half and changed the way alot of it looks i haves still yet t level a toon thru there again and try all the new stuff its a
I think that, without contest, my favorite zone would have to be the lost isles. I realize they're only available for goblins during their starting quest sequence, but they are decidedly fun.My second favorite would be Gilneas during the starting sequence. Really, both new races had some fantastic starting zones.
Devinitely Vashj'ir, the aquatic environment is just amazing. I spent my first few hours in cataclysm awed by what blizzard had created.
I always found Nagrand the most beautiful zone. Rolling hills, e few huge trees, ... The closest WoW can come to the African savannah. Gorgeous.
