Grizzly Hills or Howling Fjord for me. I've always loved the thought of big old rambley-creaky temperate rainforests like they have in the northwestern part of the United States. I can just imagine the smell of pine and fresh rain (something I miss after moving to the desert two years ago). I love the haunting, sorrowful music of Howling Fjord, conjuring up images of quiet misty moors. I also really enjoy the main overarching quest of Grizzly Hills as Horde, secretly fighting against the ignorance and brutality of Krenna, getting to meet (or at least see) Ursoc, the Bear God, and of course, the worgen plot that reads like something out of a movie. Idyllic woodsmen corrupted by a sinister wolf cult led by a mad sorcerer ressurected by vampires in the service of a necromantic lich. The whole nerarious deal is stopped by one woman (and a few hapless adventurers /cough) with a shotgun wanting to save her younger sister.
I think my favorite would have to be Uldum. I love the lore, Harrison Jones quests, and am a general fan of Egypty things. It also looks really cool.
i always enjoy being in Nagrand, its nice and peaceful like a beautiful open field
my favourite zone is stranglethorn, as i played wow for the first time, i leveled there from lvl 30 up to 50 :P
I would have to say Shadowmoon valley. I still use my nether drake!

Nagrand, it was just a very good looking place, and rich in orc lore. Lok'tar
Hi there again in another contest day! Ok; what your favorite zone is and why?My favorite zone always will be Stranglethorn Vale, ( old one i mean ) why? is simple, a lot of quest, a lot of people there and i will always remember pvp there when honor was introduced. First time seeing Hemet Nesingwary and his great quest catch all the papers around or buy them at ah haha. It was incredible and amazing having fun there, i will always love that zone. Thanks all for the contest and sharing your zones, best wishes Robe.
I enjoy the zone Tirisfal Glades that's where my main started to level and it has a lot of nostalgic meaning to me
Believe it or not I would have to pick The (original) Barrens. I know I know, but if you take away all of the old Barrens Chat the zone is very amazing. It was one of the first zones you see as Horde, and I remember it being very majestic and Serengeti like with the herds of gazelles running by, the giraffes and hyena running about. It had the few lush oasis spots and the perfect “bad guys” in the Centaur and Razorbacks. To me it still has the best “real” feel to it. You could have plopped me into a jeep and inserted a tour guide to show me all of the prides of lions and herds of kudos...and if you were lucky enough to spy a rare spawn then all the better.
I would have to give it up for Silverpine Forest myself, that zone just flowed perfectly, and every quest from start to finish just felt...epic, oh and Sylvannas being called a "certain nasty word" was certainly fun as well.
Howling Fjord. I still remember the first boat ride in with the music playing. It really set the atmosphere for the whole expansion for me.
