I know a lot of people have already said this, but Nagrand. I have to say, all time favorite zone, going through with my Orc Shaman made me feel quite important. To me, it is the center of Outland, not the Naaru quest line. I remember my days of leveling, being ganked, wishing I had that lovely looking Tabulk to rush me away from the level 70. After hitting 70, the first thing I did was get my beloved Tabulk. Nagrand by far. Beautiful sky, and terrain, a lovely place to look at, level, ride around, and gank/be ganked in. I <3 Blizz for implementing that awesome zone.

My favorite zone has to Uldam, I love the quest lines and the whole Egyptian theme and the daily quest to kill the the theiving little pluckers makes me laugh everytime
I'm gonna say Twilight Highlands as alliance because I really like the music and the quests there.
I liked the old Barrens a lot. Pre-BC, the barrens provided a lot of action, there were many players questing and competing in the area, along with doing the famous WC dungeon. I also remember a lot of ganking going on with enemy players. I guess it would be the "heart of Kalimdor", or mainly the "heart of the horde". The barrens also provided waypoints to many different paths to journey and adventure upon, and especially as a new player playing WoW before any expansion packs were happening, the Barrens was definitely one of the most popular places I can remember. There are too many memories in the Barrens to explain it's beauty for me, but I definitely know that's where the heart of WoW lies for me, in pre-bc barrens.
My Favorite zone.. Redridge.. I was always wondering when they would finish that bridge..
I'm a super huge fan of Indiana Jones, so I really fell in love with Uldum. Also, the Kata-Mary quest in that zone was superb!
My favorite zone would be uldum because of the wide open area the awesome Egyptian styling, and who cant like the Harrison Jones quest out there :).
