As a Paladin, I'm most proud of my Charger achievement (Feat of Strength). The quest line was mildly painful: collecting materials, gathering gold, and finding a group to run Stratholme. However, in the end, it was worth it for one the best looking mounts in the game!
It would have to be the 3 year attempt at What a long strange trip it's been hands down.Internet outages, Real life interruptions, PUGs that couldn't fight their way out of an open bag, Inability to solo bosses when nobody was PUGing them and my friends were awol, Pneumonia (that really sucks), and the freaking insane user unfriendly random drops of required items to complete the stupid required holiday achievements (glad they've killed or modded those)!Yeah, it was a very long, extremely strange, and horrifyingly frustrating trip, but I finally finished it with 3 years of semi-frenzied effort. I curse all of you who created that pain in the saddle, but I got my mount, and now feed it recalcitrant gnomes and goblins on a regular basis. :-)

Firefighter, by far. Those Ulduar days were the greatest and doing them with 9 of my friends was the greatest thing ever, especially when it was still hard. It's not the hardest achievement I have, but it's the one I'm most proud of. We spent weeks trying to kill him and when we finally did, it was just a huge relief.
Since the achievement for 125 mounts is not active yet I will settle for Mountain o Mounts (100 mounts) and keep my fingers crossed that there will be a fantastic mount reward for having the 125 introduced soon. The 100 mounts includes a lot of factions grinded to exalted, the violet drake from What a Long, Strange Trip its been (phew that was an achievement in itself), countless Sethekk halls and MgT runs for their respective mounts and my fondest memory from collecting them all - my only ever 100 roll made on something I really wanted that won me Ashes of Al'ar when it finally showed up for us on Kael'thas cold body.
I'm most proud of getting We Are Legendary for my (albeit mostly dead) guild. We were never big enough to get one of the current-tier legendaries, but we tried desperately with hundreds of weekly Molten Core runs for the Eye and finally got it.
I would have to say Accomplished Angler was my favorite. With Defender of a Shattered World coming in with a very close second. Took us a while to down Nefarian and Al'akir.
Once Bitten, Twice Shy (10 player). Purely because I got it completely unintentionally on my second kill.
My favorite achievement is The Twilight Zone (10 player) because of the title it awards and how well it goes with one of my characters names. Prophecy of the Nightfall.
It would have to be Insane in the Membrane, as it holds the unique honour of being both my most and least favourite achievement. The months spend grinding for rep were hard and expensive (especially Shen'dralar, so I got the pleasure of doing the achievement "hard mode"), but the feeling when I handed that last card in at the Darkmoon Faire and saw the achievement pop up on my screen was totally worth it.
I'm going with Insane in the Membrane as well, and not just because I did it when it was bloody difficult, but because I went the extra step and took Bloodsail Buccaneers all the way to Exalted. I spent months in Badlands destroying my goblin reputation, but in the end I proved to be much more insane than the typical achievement chaser. I'm pretty sure the title from this achievement will stick with me until the servers shut down forever.
I like the achievement And I'll Form the Head!, since i got the mount and i love that mount so much. i wish it had a ground use so i can use it in more places like TB
