The Undying! That's an awesome title and was definitely challenging.

I'm most proud of the Mountain O' Mounts achievement (although i don't have it just yet 98/100) because this took a very long time grinding those reps and collecting those achievement mounts and the most rare ones.
let me ponder... the achievement I'm most proud of?well it would have to be Level 10 as it always brings joy to my heart seeing my characters leveling up :Djust a quirk of mine but I'm a quirky person so I don't mind :3peace all :)
i'd go for bloom and doom just sad it never made it to live realm as 2 of the 3 requirement need an "endless mode". That have never been implanted because you know playing plant vs zombies in something somewhat challenging is nice and something you don,t get on the real game while WoW has hit which makes it even more awesome. Now the only thing i can do is QQ and wait for "endless mode" to get on live game :D.
I was proud to get the Master of Warsong Gulch Achievement because WSG has always been my most favourite Battleground to play.
Kingslayer. It was a monumental occasion for my little roleplaying guild to take out the end boss of an expansion at-level. We were all so excited and proud, and I still smile when I see us sporting our Kingslayer titles!
Well it would probably be this oneSeeing how hard it was in Wrath of the Lich king (Which by the way happens to be my favorite expansion pack).I also LOVE the mechanics on Lich King and back in 2010, people would stand in awe when they saw the Kingslayer title, now it's just a novelty for everyone at 85 to go get with ease...
I would honestly have to say that my most proud achievement is for getting the vial of the sands mount. Simply because its such an awesome mount that not many people have and i dont have very many challenging achievements.
for me it was loremaster back before cata, finding all those obscure quests in kalimdor was a real headache
My favorite achievement is Outland Dungeon Master because I did it all as a warrior tank without help!
The achievement I'm most proud of is the easiest contest question to answer. Mostly since I answered it yesterday. It is the Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros feat of strength. I've wanted that mace since I first saw a link for it back in the MC days. I've have run MC whenever I could after the drop of BC & after years of waiting, I finally received my Eye of Sulfuras from him to finish my hammer.
I am most proud of my Avast Ye, Admiral! achievement. It took so long to kill the guards and get the points. I got it with a group and by the time it was time to turn in the quest someone kept camping the guy we turn it into and we waited about an hour and he finally left and we got the achievement.
Glory of the Icecrown Raider (10 player) I strutted around Dalaran on my Frost Drake for weeks.
The achievement I am most proud of would be my Fall of the Lich King 10 Player Achievement... I am most proud of this one because even though I am not a hardcore raider, I promised my fiancee that I would put together a group to beat the Lich King with so she may experience it before she left for the Army and basic training. We encountered a lot of trouble killing him with a PuG that barely used vent (this was a little bit after Cata's release) but with patience and teamwork between the two of us (I am the tank, she's my healer =D) we managed to get him! She was so happy about it she posted on her Facebook how she managed to kill the Lich King with her beloved fiancee (dat's me!) and how she could mark off one of the things on her list of 10 things she wanted to do before she left. To this day, she still talks about it and shares this story with her friends in the military who enjoy WoW. It was a very proud moment for me to be able to connect with her so well as we were having trouble before this. Thanks to moments like this one.... We managed to get through a tough patch and next week we'll be getting married (^.^)!
