I cherish the BC raid achievements, such as Magtheridon's Lair, because my brother and I duoed them together, which was epic fun!
I would have to say The Undying. Got it when It was current content too; pretty epic. The stress of that run, everytime someone's health was dropping. It was worth it.
This one is actually really hard for me...If it was an in-game achievement with a name and everything it'd be Insane in the Membrane before any sort of "nerfs" were applied to it. Really though, there's a lot of things which I find more as an achievement, like getting all the friends I got while playing WoW, all the things I've learned about people. You know what, even though insane in the membrane took a lot of effort and time, I think my feat with getting Ashes of Al'ar means even more to me, but why? ...The people I went with every week knew how much I wanted it and they all passed it for me and having friends who are willing to pass on a mount like that is an even bigger kind of achievement. Yea, I'm going with Ashes of Al'ar.
I personally think A Tribute to Immortality and Realm First! Death's Demise are the ones I am most proud of. They were extremely tough and worth the reward. :)

Loremaster without a doubt. And doubly so because I finished it just in time to avoid having to re-do quests once Cata launched. I'm going back and doing them anyway :) but it's nice that I don't have to.
The achievement I am most proud of is The Loremaster because it shows that I took the time to do all of the quests. I had attempted the achievement on four different characters until I finally got through the mass amounts of bugged quests and boredom to get it. The achievement comes with a neat little title and a cool tabard as well, which makes it all that much more glorifying
I would have to say that my greatest "achievement", wasn't your standard today's achievement. This was during the beginning of Burning Crusade before achievements were implemented. That being when I got my first tier set, with all the hard work working as a team with my 1st close group of friends that I met when I first started playing. It felt so awesome to finally achieve something that I was striving for with your companions on your side (and also just as important helping them vice-versa), that in real life, you can't really feel something like that. And it proved to me that not all people are jerks. Yeah, it sounds sappy. I don't care. That's the truth for me. And I would trade all the gold, and any other valuables to go through that again. There were the good times.
The achievement I'm most proud of is the Veteran of the Shifting Sands FoS. I did it a couple of months before Cata came out, but the journey was still a tough one, for sure. Getting those Elementium Ores/Ingots was hard; I spent a lot of gold on those when I couldn't get a group for BWL. And I had to run AQ40 several times over to get my Brood of Nozdormu rep up, but it was definitely worth it. In the end, it was much more rewarding when they granted us the feat of strength. And my, what a questline! I'm sad they took it out, because it sure was exciting!
I am most proud of my Accomplished Angler achievement due to the time, hard work, time, and EXTREME patience, and time it took to finish it....yeah, the title is spiffy too! ^^
For me, its a very close toss up, ( sorry wowhead but they are to close!) Mountain o' Mounts The Mountain o' mounts, Each one very special to me each one full of hard work, Currently at 106 =D. And [Knight-Lieutenant The Knight-Lieutenant Feat of Strength, to show off to my guildies how long ive been playing, and incredibly unique until cata's ones poped up :) but i love it non the less and fills me with pride! Knight-Lieutenant Viracon over and out!
Heroic: Sinestra
I was really proud of getting the original Loremaster *before* they reduced the numbers to make it easier, and before they changed it completely. Higher Learning felt pretty good too, as did It Belongs in a Museum! More recently... I'm pretty damn proud to have gotten Mountain o' Mounts finally too.
Hm, probably Loremaster. It's the achievment that I've had to spend most time to achieve.
