My favourite memory would have to be when I was about lvl 20 on my human warrior and got a quest that required me to go to the southern barrens, back in patch 2.3.0. And eventhough I played on a PvE server I spend a good deal of the night sneaking across the barrens, since that was HORDE territory. Ahhh, the world seemed so much bigger back then...
My favourite memory from World of Warcraft must be when I got my Perdition Blade from Ragnaros back in vanilla. I always wanted that dagger for so long, and when I finally got it, I got needless to say; quite excited.

My favourite memory will be the day i hit 1305 Achievments in WoW, just 372 left to go ;DAnd of course everytime me and my guild clear an encounter.
Back in Vanilla, after buying my epic ground mount I spent a lot of time searching Azeroth for all it's secrets. Well I managed to find my way to Undercity and stealthed down to the bank area and stood in the middle dancing. I started a whole revolution and had 10-12 Horde dancing with me there until someone ran up and killed me. I just went back and did it again :)
My favorite moment HAD to be when I joined my guild <The Renegade> on the realm Deathwing. This was recently after I left my old realm Dark Iron due to all the people I knew in real life played which i didn't like AT ALL. But when I joined <The Renegade>, I felt like I belonged. I got to know them really well. Soon I was talking to them in vent on a daily basis. They got to know me, I got to know them. Since I grew up barely ever seeing my family. (Seeing that they live in a Different state) I got to see these people as my family. I was actually happy! Until... they broke up. I was devastated. The Guild leader got banned! Everyone was so sad.... But then, 2 years have passed. They unbanned him! The guild was up and running again and still is! This only happened recently so it's only level 6. But I swear to you, I swear to everyone! It will dominate the server as the best guild to ever be made! VIVA LA RENEGADE!
My favorite part of the game was 2.4.3. 70 lvl, reputation with Aldors, first heroic mode instances, first raid to Karazhan and Zul'Aman, and then Black Temple. I love u, Blizzard. U made my life D;
My favorite memory of World of WarCraft was May of 2005, the day I first signed into the game. Everything was new to me, and I hadn't seen anything yet. I was reading all of the quests, playing a priest. Back then it wasn't a trivial task to hit the end level of the content but I got it done, and I remember the first time I ever saw Ragnaros. I was on cloud 9, I couldn't believe how damn awesome things were. 2005 was a very amazing year for me, though not as amazing as 2007 (though that's an entirely different story), but definitely my favorite memory of World of WarCraft.To this day I miss it, and I wish that I could go back and do it all over again, the feeling of hitting level 60 for the first time... Ain't nobody who can take that feel away from you.
My most cherished memory is the day my boyfriend and I who met on World of Warcraft bumped into each other in a PuG Zul'aman (10 Player raid) run, we had met before then but we were both holy paladins and were talking about which item would go to which person if it dropped/ who would buff who/etc and we started getting to really know each other- now we've been together for more than 2 years.
My favorite memory is little bit unrelated to WoW gameplay actually; its about me, feeling united with my character :) It was two years ago, while there was a national holiday (Republic Day, the most important one for us) was ongoing here on Turkey. We used to organize oath ceremonies for every newcomer to our guild in Thunder Bluff back in that times. Well, it was a RPPVP realm and we were enjoying every little piece of it. So when that special day hit for us, we should celebrate it also, right? I still remember buying numerous torches, differently colored fireworks for unreasonable prices from the auction house like mad-gnomes. Forming a line, there we were walking in Thunder Bluff, firing fireworks and yelling like orcs "Long live Atatürk!" and so on. I think we were about 15-20 guildies and it was a big show for Thunder Bluff's quiet and calm environment. Its not about killing some boss or hitting 85, its not even related to WoW but its the best memory i have that still makes my eyes wet (yes, im an emotional girl). That day WoW meant something different than just a game; I mean come on, in how many games can you celebrate your own national holiday in your own way?
My favorite memory would be when i first started WoW. I started when WotLK came out so i was really confused to see rampaging zombies and skeletons in mulgore. i attacked one and he killed me instantly! Those were the days.
I had always been very fond of doing old school stuff in Burning Crusade, but the one thing I never got to do was Naxxramas. Back then there was this guy on our server who everyone hated. But I was his friend, not sure why, I guess it's one of those people you love or hate. Mostly hate.I used to do things like AQ40 all the time back then (when it was still a little hard) and from time to time he'd come around aswell and piss everyone off there. But it was fun. Then suddenly on a non-raid evening I get a whisper from him, asking if I wanted to do Naxx. He knew I already spent days getting attuned and he found a group for it. When I finally got there I noticed that it was a 40 man raid full of people from our server's top guild. And we went in, killing those infamous bosses that only few people got to see in the last version, picking up tokens and other items to get a little of that old gear. We barely had wipes, but you could just feel how hard it must've been, and I knew it was still a rare experience that I was there. We got the bosses down, I went to bed, and a few months later WotLK came out and we went to the new Naxx. And I could proudly say "this place was more fun in it's vanilla version" even though there is a good chance few of my fellow raiders cared ;)
