My favorite memory in WoW would have to be when my guild finally killed the Lich King 10 Man. Everyone wanted him to die, we never gave up until he was dead no matter how many times we died during the fight.
When I saw the Gates of Darnassus for the very first time with my first characer at level 5+-. Because it seemed sooo big and undestroyable and just the most amazing thing I have ever seen. I was extremely impressed. :DI Won't forget that ^^
I think my favorite memory in WoW would have to be when I first made a Night Elf. I was questing, minding my own business and did not know the dangers of falling off Teldrassil. I felt stupid for doing that. But I came across a forum and realized a lot of people had done the same thing. I guess it's a Rite of Passage for all Night Elves. Hehe.
I've only been playing for less than a month now, but it's amazing how much I'm liking this game. My computer's good enough to run the game at the highest settings, so I've been running around with them cranked up. The other day I finally got a flying mount and I just flew up over Stormwind and gaped at how everything looked from the new perspective,It might not be a fantastic moment, but it's still one of the best I've come across so far.

My favorite wow moments would have to be running Kara with my guild. that place offered so many fun moments. Especially the PVP fight for the summoning stone outside. Sometimes we'd spend half an hour just holding the stone from the alliance because we could. Same thing with Gruul's Lair! : D
It was about two years ago when my brother and I had learned what battlegrounds are; prior to that we were very casual quest-type of players. My brother built a melee-centric hunter and I had a typical min/max ranged hunter. We spent a little time gearing our 40s bracket toons but nothing like we do today and made our foray into the BGs.In retrospect it may have been due to a week team of opponents but we were in awe that we could camp the opponents’ GY in AB and hold most of them there for most of the scrimmage. It was a truly ‘oh, wow’ moment. The BGs have been our focus ever since.
My Favorite memory. thats such a hard thing to quantify. i have so many good memories in this game that saying "THIS" is the memory would only cheapen the other good memories i have of this game. How does one compare two sunrises? they are both beautiful, but how is one more beautiful?Instead, i'll select SOME of my favorite memories of this game.------------------------------------------------------------------During TBC my main was a warlock. and i was the type who would go solo the 5 man quest south of TK:eye for the fun of it, by kiting the elite around the church. so, when my guild was in SSC, trying to figure out if we should just tank Leotheras the Bline with a warrior, or do it the "locktank" method, my ears instantly perked up. needless to say, the next 2 weeks were spent with me madly running random quests in SMV and etc trying to get my fire resist set completed. in the end i pulled it off, and after 2 wipes, we downed Leo. it was so exillerating being the tank, the guy given the responsibility of "K make sure noone else gets killed by the boss K" was somehting that stuck with me... till i changed my main in mid-wrath to a feral tank. *shrug* i was hooked from the first phase change :)(did i mention fraps? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pJ5QH3XtNY ^___^)---------------------------------------------------------------------Warlock still! working in TK on the Trash around loot reaver, i was assigned to Banish one of the demons. ran up got ready.... and pulled. oops. apoligized to the 25m guild raid. then did it again the next pull. >.< i got demoted from CC for the night after that.----------------------------------During Early Wrath i ran with a Feral tank who was a bit special. he was a good tank, 99% of the time. but when he rolled that 1, MAN was he bad! his two best momments were wiping the raid on Sapphiron trying to Brez, and Wiping the raid on Malygos by running into the raid with the boss comming down from the wirlwind, causing the raid to take the breath weapon. both were amazingly funny.-------------------------------------Last lock story. mid Wrath, my lock's a much matured Demo lock doing my Hodir dailies in PvP gear. see two hunters ganking a shaman. Quickly pop Metamorph, leap in, immo aura, fear one, blow the other one up. turn and burn the CCd hunter.First 2 on one revenge gank.-----------------------------------4.0.3 dropped and im on my feral. Doing Professor Putricide. rest of the raid has eaten it allready, 5% left on the boss, JUST ME up for the 25m raid. pop SI, pop FR, pop Barkskin, pop my trinket, go to town. dead boss. raid coudnt believe it. (also did the same thing later on H cindy 10, except i stood in the death balls in air phase... took 2 and diddnt die =D)---------------------------------the best thing ive gotten however, playing this game for the past 4 years? the Friends ive made. the connections ive made with the people ive met is hugely important to me. i consider most of them close friends.---------------4.2: Won Wowhead's 5th Anniversary WoW TCG Giveaway (RITE? RITE? xD ^___^)
Hmm, my favorite memory? That's a tough one, but...I'd say my fondest would have to be winning Onyxia's Head the first time I ever killed her, way back at level 60. A friend had gotten me into the group, and I was really just excited to be there. Everyone there was having a good time, and it felt like I was a part of something really big for the first time since I had begun playing. But when it was all said and done, and it came time to roll on the head, I was really taken aback when I rolled highest and it appeared in my bags. It felt like I had won the lottery! It was really just the start of my raiding career, though I didn't know it at the time, but I could never forget the one night that started it all for me.
My favourite WoW moment. Hmm.I remember once at lvl 80, I was doing 2v2 with a warrior friend of mine on my resto druid. We were at a LAN-party, so we were not serious at all. I slacked a lot so eventually he died.I was just laughing and saying no way we are gonna lose! I think we were against a mirror team or something.Anyway I got out of combat and stealthed. I found a really good spot, and just sat there. After 5-10 minutes our pizza's arrived, so we ate it. Then when we came back they still hadn't found me, and after another 5-10 minutes they left, resulting in a win for us! :-)We laughed so hard that night, it was hillarious :D
Fist of all I would like to wish you Happy Birthday. My best moment in World of Warcraft was the day I started playing after months of going to one of my friends and watching him play. My first char was a mage and even tho i took a break ab a year ago, hes still my favorite level 70 char in my char list.Hope you get to 100th birthday and beyond.--EvoTech
My favorite memory started in 2005 when I met all of my great friends in the game. No boss kill or achievement can compare to the great time I've had with a group of great people.
i think my fav moment in wow was getting hacked and blizz messed up and sent me back everything i had ever disenchanted in the mail. i made like 10k gold in bc which was AMAZAZING!
Getting my first toon to max level. Awesome feeling. Got to do dailys (was during burning crusade) which I had seen friends doing for ages. Lot of satisfaction.
Leveling my wartard whose my main. Nothing was funner than running around and beating mobs into the dirt. Well, provided they were green / orange to me or I had top of the line amror / weapons. I still remember getting my Hurricane Weapon and my Flask. Nothings beaten wondering around and goofing about with my Warrior. He's also the toon that I've horded the most crap on. I still have my Kara loot and various trinkets / items from world events. Love it.
Running Kara two nights a week. I had school, work, and a #$%^ty step dad and it was my way to get away and relax for a few hours with friends on vent.
