Hallow's End, because I like the random mini Diablo transformation from the candy buckets/Innkeepers.
Lunar Festival...by far. Lore, travel and getting to be called Elder. Whats not to like?
Which holiday is best, you ask? To answer is a simple task.Tricks, treats, and pumpkin hats. Flying brooms, and little black cats.Costumes and masks to collect. But our favourite villain we shan't neglect!A Shade atop a cursed steed, who cries in rhyme for all to heed.To cleanse the land of those impure, the madman wreaks his deadly cure.Flames burn bright, as call the cries: "Our end is here; the Horseman rides!"Five stand strong and fight the dread, pursue the wretch's errant head.Tainted treasures to loot from his corpse - like rings, swords, a certain rare horse...Just one event to recommend? Could be none other than Hallow's End!Muahahahaha!
I love Children's Week! The pets are always adorable, and we get to do silly and immature things like the "Home Alone" achievement, or "Bad Example".

Hallow's End because it means that it is time for Blizzcon.
While not my favorite RL holiday, I loooove Noble Garden! I've found that the various activities associated with the holiday are very fun and easy to do (I'm a full time student juggling 2 jobs, so I value my time!).Plus, bunnies! Who doesn't like being bunny-fied?
It would definitely have to be Winter Veil for me because that is my favorite holiday of the year in general, and it's also the first time I went into Dalaran during Wrath of the Lich King and saw the opposing faction walking around the city with snow sprinkles above their heads and everyone on their proto-drakes, which were amazing mounts to me at the time. Now I have a spectral tiger and a purple firehawk so look how far we've come!
Winter Veil for me. There is something very genuine about what has been captured in the event that reminds me of all the warm-fuzzy goodness I felt as a kid around the holidays. And the fact that Metzen is my favorite so I ritually save him as a subtle homage to his awesomeness. =)
Halloween is my favorite holiday. It's so much fun and I look forward to it every year. There's just something about spooky stuff that excites me ever since I was a child. Ghosts, ghouls, vampires, and other spooky monsters along with carved pumpkins start to decorate homes, stores, and other places. Halloween is the best holiday of the year!
Brewfest! Nothing better than hammered dwarves and gnomes :D
I couldn't name my favourite event. But it would definitely be rather hallows end or winter veil. I love all the Christmas stuff around wow during winters veil and all the presents, people get so generous that time of year! But on the other hand nothing is as awesome as getting the broomstick during hallows end flying up in the air and ganking some alliance while they afk and mounting back up before you hit the ground!
There is just something awesome in being able to turn into bunny during Noblegarde and hop around collecting the hidden eggs.Tho some issues especially for veterans:
Feast of winter! Christmas is the best holiday ever!1. Awesome Food.2. Everything smells good.3. Decorations.4. The weather.5. Family Time. 6. The awesome one of a kind in game quests, Santa, Etc.7. Presents!Whats not to love about it?Also Santa is real..
Children's Week...For years I have been trying to figure out some crafty way to lead my young companion to his/her doom...I have yet to complete this task, and considering its Blizzard we're talking about, I would fully expect my orphan to be magically resurrected and become more powerful than ever before (aka KT, Ony, Rag,Nef, etc.)Orcish Orpan yells: "CHILDREN'S WEEK WAS MERELY A SETBACK!"Me: /Facepalm...
