Brewfest is the most fun for me. Doing the races every day doesn't get to be a chore and drinking lots of beer can never be bad.
For me It has got to be Hallows End. I remember each year trying to get my hallowed title and last year I was finally able to make my wish come true. Now this year I am trying to get my horseman mount. Very first day I got his helm and the next day I got his sword so Im hoping that not only will my luck bring me his mount but also bring me something in this contest. Good luck all and fingers crossed!
My favorite WoW holiday is the Midsummer Fire Festival. A few summers ago, before my warlock was my main, I had convinced a very good friend of mine to take me around to all the major cities. Afterwards, he thoughtfully escorted me all over Northrend, carefully guarding me from ally attacks whenever I put out a flame. He kept me alive in with bubbles, LoH, extra speed, and any other tricks he could pull out of his little paladin hat. After all was said and done, I had a flashy new title, and because he'd been there the whole time I'd been working on my own, he got himself a title as well. When the next holiday came around, I was level 80 and could handle myself, but I pleaded with him to come anyway, and so it went, until we earned ourselves a pair of violet protodrakes. We often talk about that summer; it was the first one we spent together, but it won't be the last. That summer, we knew each other online, as friends and guildmates. This coming summer, we'll be bringing the first real life addition into our family. We're thinking of naming her Lucy.I doubt either of us will have had enough sleep to play WoW, then, but summers are always a happy time for us, and the Fire Festival was the start of it.
For me,of course the most epic event is Midsummer Festival with its more epic music when you dancing on the pole. (that's my ringtone from 3 years ago :P )Never forget Wiping on Ahune, slipping on the ice, Juggling Torches, Dancing with summer flames, feel the sunshine, and grab a cold cocktail (like Lord of Frost's Private Label ingame) for playing WoW in the summer!Let's rock forward to King of the Fire Festival!
Pirate's Day! Nothing like talking and looking like a pirate all day. There is even a add-on that will annoy everyone in the matter minutes and is an absolute blast arrrgh matey!
Hallows End was the first holiday I did at max level (at the time) and also the first holiday I finished for my Purple Proto, so it will always be my favorite, especially now that Blizz made it even better this year. It's the only holiday that doesnt really seem its at least partially a chore to do, in my opinion.
Winterveil! I love getting presents!
My favorite holiday in WoW is the Hallow's End tbh, I really love the Wands and other effects/costumes.Horseman is pretty cool aswell, but would love to see something new from him.
My favorite Wow holiday would have to be Children's Week for sure. There's nothing better than getting into a battleground with your orphan and little Egbert, then proceeding to smash some face after a long trek across Azeroth!
My favorite would have to brefest followed by Day of the Dead. My brother got me into playing wow, easier way for us to keep in touch since we do not talk on the phone alot. Questing and raiding drunk together was great. Then he was stationed over during the war and unfortunately did not make it back home. Had many great memories playing wow with my bro.
Hallow's End is great, but Brewfest is quite more "popular".Holidays are better the more friends you have with you; so Brewfest would be a short winner for me.
My favorite holiday on WoW is Hallows End. I find it interesting how on a game that already takes you away from real life by allowing you to be someone else, your characters can do the same! I enjoy putting costumes on others. The quests are fun too. I really like the decorations of the whole game at this time. Overall, its just a fun in game holiday.
