my favorite is hallows end as well. I just love halloween in real life and I like flying around on those broomsticks!
Hallow's End. I love all the decorations in the city and around the world. Trick or treating is awesome!
Hallow's End is the best because I kinda feel like James Woods in that episode of family guy;Ooh a piece of candy....Ooh a piece of candy....Ooh a piece of candy....Ooh a piece of candy....Ooh a piece of candy....If you havent seen, check it out (poor qual but couldn't find better on YouTube)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mR72bDp8H8M

Day of the DeadI think that it is a very interesting holiday. My daughter has learned more about in one week of preschool than I have in my entire life.
Hallow's Eve. I love the holidays that give you a daily chance at a mount or other cool items, like midsummer/brewfest/hallows, but hallow's eve is definitely my favorite. I love that the entire world is decorated with pumpkins and whatnot, it gives the game a very seasonal atmosphere. And it's just fun to go to an opposite faction's city and screw with them ;)
I love Hallows End because I like the lore and the events. Battling the Headless Horseman. =^.^=
My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft has got to be the Harvest Festival. Sure, it doesn't have the pomp and circumstance surrounding it like Brewfest, Winter's Viel, and Hallow's End, but I think that's a good thing. Sure there's no maddening grinds for trinkets, candies, masks, companion pets, mounts, and Lord knows what else they may add in the future, but to me it seems the most like an actual holiday. The Harvest Festival is a time to take pause, enjoy good food and company, and honor the fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting us and Azeroth. Where as other "holidays" issue a demanding ammount of tasks to be done -from food-preparing, to stink bomb throwing, Greench-killing, egg-hoarding madness- Harvest Festival actually seems the most like a holiday, and not just another glut of daily quests I feel obligated to do.
What a difficult choice! Every holiday in the game has some amazing features unique to each, from the simple festivities, helping out holiday characters such as saving Metzen, to burning the other factions Wicker Man and dousing their Midsummer bonfires. The absolute best, though, has to be Hallow's End. It reminds me of being a kid and trick or treating again. Bombing the other faction's main capital with stink bombs and dousing their Wicker Man reminds me of the practical jokes I've played in my youth, especially around this time of year. And let's not forget one of the most awesome encounters in the entire game! The Headless Horseman is a great character; from that wicked evil laugh of his, to my favorite quote in-game ("Soldiers, arise! Stand and fight! Bring victory at long last to this fallen knight!"). Totally have that macroed to my Death Knight's Army of the Dead.At any rate. The one holiday that is on top of the list is Hallow's End, followed very closely by Midsummer Festival and Winter's Veil.
Definitely Hallow's end.Halloween itself itself is my favorite and that kinda transfers over in WowI love the ToT'ing and the events, Even the HH, though even after a few years of playing I've STILL never got the mount (Here's hoping the next few days I get lucky). This year is even better because now there's all the new pets also.Fun excuse to go run around in a costume I have for my Goblin too :Dimg443.imageshack.us/img443/4449/kalcostume.png
Hallow's End.I love flying around this time of year seeing pumpkins everywhere, bats flying over small towns... passing through Elwynn Forest and hearing the screams of horror as the Headless Horseman burns Goldshire to a cinder once more... Not to mention the candy and the catchy quotes from the Headless Horseman...... if only it could always be Hallow's End.
My favorite holiday in WoW would have to be Pilgrim's Bounty, i.e. Thanksgiving.Once you're done stuffing yourself with turkey in real life, you can log in and slaughter innocent turkeys in-game. ;>
BREWFEST! Drunken Awesomenss!
Winter Veil. Because was my first event when i started playing wow, and i remember how excited were about that. I felt the spirit of Christmas even if it was a game. The colors, all that raindeers around Ironforge and the wrapped gifts, just lovely.
