Love is in the Air - because all you need is love!
Hallow's End, I just like the 'wickedness' :)Started playing again just for this holiday.
Winter Veil! Christmas is a great time of year.
Midsummer. This always warms up the heart of my fire mage. <3 As well as the nice weater. :)

For me, it's got to be Winter Veil. My WoW experience is really connected to what's going on in my real life, and even though I'm away at college for most of the year, mid-to-late December is a time I really enjoy spending with my family and close friends. That's why whenever Winter Veil is up, I get this feeling of coziness knowing Christmas and New Year's are coming, and it's really nice to acknowledge these types of holidays with the friends you've made in WoW as well . Cheers ! :)
Hallow's End - I think it's the best holiday because of the gloomy atmosphere that suddenly fills Azeroth. I think it really matches the World of WARcraft. Plus for me it's about getting those reins. 4 years of trying, and still no mount on any character! Hope I will get lucky during the last few moments of this wonderful holiday!
I personally like Hallows End as it has so many cool costumes and gimmicks that are available to play around with
My favourite WoW holiday is Midsummer, It's the first event I fully completed on any of my characters, and I make sure to get to all the bonfires on at least one character each year, which is odd because usually I would find that terribly boring.(plus you get a cool tabard)
Winter Veil ♥ i like snow, events, items, quests, and peoples in Orgrimmar ♥
Winter Veil, of course! I still remember how fun it was to knock people off the bridge in Alterac Valley by throwing stone snowballs at them :D Shame Blizz patched them =]
My favourite holiday is Pirates' Day!It is not only amazingly and yarrrrly awesome and fun, but it is of immence importance for the azerothian culture. Without the Day it would be nothing but a disrespectful harrasment of pirates and their traditions. Just think of what would it be if not for the respect to their deeds and manners, think of the world with no YARR! Thus I want to induce you to give up your inept and dishonorable attitude to the Pirates' Day. Support the pirates - do NOT queue for Deadmines!YARRRR!
My favorite Holiday has always been Hallows End because my first character was a forsaken and I love how much of it takes place in Trisfal Glades/Undercity.One of my favorite characters has always been Sylvanas Windrunner and its nice to see her taking part in it every year. This year was my favorite because I love the new non combat pet Creepy Crate.Ive attended every Hallows End since it first came out in 2005 and I enjoy the changes that they make to it every year.
My favourite event is the Midsummer Fire Festival for it's happy theme about renewal the summer brings, but also because my little sister was born at the time of it, and she is now as quick as a flame :)The bonflames around Azeroth are fun to put out from the opposing factions outposts and cities :DFor the reward you can get one of the hottest dances for the tokens used during the event... well maybe not a dance, but the hottest dancer you'll get for sure who'll put some flames underneath your chest to warm you up for rest of the year ;PAlso there is the coolest boss around then, Ahune! Who wouldn't want to have a couple of chilling drinks in the heat of summer? ;)
As a huge fan of the Forsaken lore I would have to say it is Hallow's End.The horde version of Hallows end is just spectacular compared to the Alliance one.
I guess my fav is Brewfest.Despite the fact that ram-riding minigames are extremely annoying and time consuming, I like that you need to do dailies almost every day to buy everthing you need. It's actually gives this holiday some kind of lasting impression, unlike Hallow's End which is 100% completed in a day and immidiately forgotten afterwards.
I'm a huge fan of the WoW holiday festivals. Even before achievements were introduced, I'd do the holiday events every year without fail and faithfully collect all the mounts/pets/costumes/roleplay holiday items, space be damned! My favourite holiday is the Lunar Festival. I loved how Blizzard had managed to incorporate Chinese New Year into WoW while making it feel natural to Azeroth. From visiting the Elders to collect coins and red packets, to wearing the festive clothing, to defeating Omen, everything about this holiday stayed true to its origins. I still remember fondly how back in Vanilla WoW how epic it felt to try and zerg Omen with a raid consisting of a few 60s and the rest being from 30-50s (I was 49 at that time). The sense of victory you and everyone else got when he finally fell after several short runs back to your corpses to continue the good fight was priceless. I'm looking forward to this holiday getting its much deserved update from Blizzard. I can't wait for Omen to be buffed.
