I love Hallow's End. "Why?" you ask.... On my Blood Elf Hunter i reached level 55 (Death Knight time it was) just from trick 'r treating, starting at level 50.Also me and my friend would fly around Shattrath (even though Dalaran was available) in the Magic Broom glitch, which would give your character the appearance of swimming in the air. there ya go. - Courtesy of YA MOTHA <3

i would have to say midsummer is my favorite in game holiday...but then again i am a pyro irl so all that fire makes me happy ^^
Hallow's End, so many fun costume wands!
My favorite holiday is Winter Veil because of the fun presents the game gives us. I love running around with a Thrashin' Crashin' Racer or staging air battles with my MiniZep!
Definately Brewfest who doesn't love to get smashed and bash Dark Iron Dwarves. Plus Brew of the Month keeps you sloshed all year long.
It's a toss up between Hallow's End and Brewfest... I love 'em both!
What is my favorite holiday in World of Warcraft and why?Well, to answer that question I would have to compare them. All. Sooo... what do we have?Ah yes.Let's start with Hallow's End. Well. Very nice one all around. Nice loot. Funny achievements. Spooky style. That idiot ... uh wait. Me likey. This goes into the top five I'd say.Day of the Dead. One day. Not much to do. No. Nice hat, though...Pilgrim's Bounty. Uhm. Clearly not for the european audience. Nope.Feast of Winter Veil. Gifts. Rescue the reindeer. Snowballs. Tons of companion pets. Green and red bikinis ^^ Hell yeah. Another top five contender.Lunar Festival. The druid holiday. Very nicely done, gotta love the rockets. As a druid-main-player I do very much appreciate this one. Top five again.Love is in the air. Seriously. Nice one, but not too cool. Thanks for this one, but no thanks.Noblegarden. Bunny outfits. Yeah. Seriously. Especially tauren or draenei. With their own ears. And horns. And another set of ears. Argh! No! Another one of those chocolate's and another one of those fudgin eggs behind a goddamn bush... NOOOOOO.Children's week. Bring your child to work day. Especially the hit for WARRIORS (not the class, fighting people in general). Man. Bringing a child to a battlefield. Sure. Dumb idea. I ike the pets, though. School of hard knocks. Meh. NO.Midsummer Fire Festival. Making fire, pi..ing them out. Fighting that giant popsicle. Oh hey - the Frostscythe (have them all three - iLvl 115, 232, 353 - on my main). Gotta LOVE that one. Top 5 Contender Number 4. Harvest Festival. Short. No. Pirates' Day. Well. ARRRR! For his holy noodlyness! But... one day only? Nope.Brewfest. Well. Beer. More beer. Other sorts of beer. Drunken ram riding. Wolpertinger. More beer. Lots of dwarves around (for the alliance at least). And beer. Oh look! Trinkets! Six of em! And two of those throw... BEER! Barfights. Beer. Throwing beer at dark iron dwarfs. Beer. The mole machine to your favourite Blackrock bar. Beer. Yes. I'm german and no, I don't like Oktoberfest. But goddamn. I love dwarves and Ironforge and Brewfest. Mounts. For Thunderbrew! Did I mention beer? So... I guess we have a winner. Brewfest it is!
For me the favorite holiday is definitely Hallow's End ^^It's both because of all the fun achievements and things you get to run around and do but also because of what the undead really are celebrating, the release from the Scourge army. Hearing Lady Sylvanas give her speech this year really moved me.And even though I already had my title and most achievements since earlier years, I still found a lot of fun things to do this year. The new Feline Familiar has got to be my new favorite pet, and that Creepy Crate is just awesome! ^^Plus I managed to get lucky and got the The Horseman's Reins this year! Woo! Fours years of grinding every day of every Hallow's End finally paid off! *celebrate, celebrate*Off to celebrate Halloween with my IRL friends this weekend too~
My favorite holiday is..... Hmmm..I think it has to be Hallow's End, because I love the Headless Horseman. I like the lore behind it all and I just love the exciting, creepy and dark feel of it all. Not that I'm a cynical person; I love Winter's Veil too xD
Gotta be brewfest, all that free booze !
Hallow's End, definitely! I love fighting the Horseman even if his yelling get irritating after 2 weeks..but that just motivates me to kill him repeatedly. His poetry is cheesy, but it's a flavorful part of the game. The first time I heard him yell, "Get over here!" I thought he was talking to someone in our group. :)) Also I love the feel of halloween in general, the spooky decorations, food, costumes, etc. It was my first holiday which I took part at when I first dinged 70. Unfortunately everything is easier now...it was more exciting and fun to go by your own to SM but everything changes with the time! Kostyn from Tarren Mill.
