I have truly enjoyed the transmog feature and it's been a major help in working to sort out a distinctive look. Although the only guide I've used has been the SimCraft write up, I'm still excited by the potential of the tool.

The News and guides is the best. And thanks For the 3D model view, Ilove it
Transmog in general was probably the best feature added to WoW in 2011, so it's no surprise it has a lot of votes, but for Wowhead itself, no doubt it has to be Wowhead News. It's a fine alternative to MMO-C, and I'd venture to say it's already captured the #2 most popular overall position in terms of WoW news sites. The guides were also exceptional, but as a long-term thing, Wowhead News has been a huge success.
Site achievements for me.
That was a really hard choice...And to the person that mentioned a mobile app would be awesome!
Ugh....tough. Very tough. Had to say Wowhead News, since I check this place probably as much as I check facebook, regardless if anything changed or not in either. Surprised that Blue Tracker wasn't on this list, considering it technically was January of this year.
I have really enjoyed all the changes that 2011 brought to the Wowhead. I think the guide section is a great way for experienced players to pass along their knowledge to people and the transmog sets are great. I built both my tank and dps set from those guides. I am actually in the process of creating my first guide and I think that is a great way to get the communitee involved!
Guides were great.IMHO Reputation system can take a running jump.Cheers.
Site achivements, repuation and wowhead news, the others i never really used them (not because they were bad features it just wasent something i personally used. )
I did vote for Guides.Transmog sets: nice addition, I already used it a bitNew comment system: that stackoverflowish way is a mixed bag IMO. Especially for converting the old comments to the new system.Reputation system: it actually made me start uploading data (more or less) regularly. Even though I don't really have any advantage by gathering reputation.Guides: as I said I gave my vote to that one. Having a central place for high quality guides is a great thing. I mostly use the class guides. Some way to mark it suitable for a specific class would be nice though.Wowhead news: looks cleaner than mmo-champion and even has the news earlier. Mmo-champion is still my primary WoW news source. But that's more because of the way my browser is configures combined with laziness than Wowheadnews being worse. But what's with the dedicated URL? Why not news.wowhead.com? Will we get more great unique URLs, like www.wowhead-sulfuras-the-extinguished-hand-heroic.com? Site Achievements: it's nice when I get one, but I'm not hunting for them.Portugese Wowhead: surely great for the portugese speaking players. When was the "English comments" tab added to non-english versions of Wowhead? Back when I still used the german client I always wanted a feature like that (much more convenient than to switch the language of the whole site each time). So if that was added in 2011 it's definitely missing in the list.
WowHead news and the guides were bar-none the best parts. Keep up the awesome work!
I like the 'Site tools', which (amongst many features) allows websites to link to wowhead and feature wowhead tooltips. As for the poll, well I get an error trying to vote (Google Chrome, latest)... if I could vote it would be for the Guides and wowhead News... but who on Earth thought it was a good idea to split the News and Database content across two domains? Surely you'd want to keep them together for the purpose of SEO, at least!Looking forward to 2012!
I am unable to vote as well (Mozilla Firefox 3.6.25); the error dialogue box is unhelpful because it only states "Error while voting:". Is the poll set to allow only unique IPs? (I ask because my sister also has an active Wowhead account.)Anyway, I vote for the guides, reputation, and transmog sets. I don't use the guides myself, but I am content knowing that the resources of a great community are available to me should I ever need them. Reputation is a great tool for tracking feedback on my comments - what the community found useful (or funny) or not as useful - so I can improve. Transmog sets are a blast. It is awesome to have the entire set depicted in one place without resorting to a comparison link, and users have really gotten into leaving comments about what items fit the art of the set if it's incomplete, etc. (a real time-saver!).I actually do not like Wowhead News. It takes much longer for my browser/connection to display content than the previous blog system did. The page overall also feels slightly more cluttered. But my biggest complaint is the load speed. :|I also do not like the new comment system for reasons already stated in the related thread. Edit: Looks like the previous system is back (sorta). Is this why Wowhead was in maintenance? 2nd edit: Never mind.
I gotta have my Wowhead News!
