KoA looks like its gonna be AWESOME! I usually play every variety, but i think what i play most is Huge damage dealers. Like warriors or rogues, I love the "IM GONNA DESTROY EVERYTHING" attitude of a warrior, and the "I'm gonna come in stealthily as a rogue and stab you in the back and kill you quickly" of a rogue.
I'm a caster at heart. There is nothing better then blasting at foes from a distance and watching them struggle fruitlessly trying to reach you. (>_<) I always play a game through to the end as an oh-so-squishy class, but I'm not above strapping on some heavy metal and joining the fray.
Healer or support. Because I like helping other people.
I usually play as a rouge/melee charachter so I can open locks and be strong.
I agree, I quite like this contest. I usually play healers, as I tend to be a bit spiritual (and no one else wants to be the healer). I do really enjoy playing rogue classes, as I'm not stealthy or agile at all in real life.
I usually like to play a mage dps character. I just love the feel of unleashing devastating elemental attacks on whole hordes of enemies. Although from all that I've seen from Reckoning I'll probably be playing a Finesse focused character with some of the sorcery tree as well cause I love using those chakrams. Flaming discs of death! Can't wait to get my hands on this game.
I play as many of classes, but more of my Pally tank, Tanking things for my friend and getting throw hard, and difficult areas and bosses. Tricky but fun, but all class I have a equally fun.
If it's a game where you can shape your destiny, like Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age, Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, etc, I'll start of as Rogue/Thief because I love that rush you get weaving in and out of enemy attacks with great agility, knowing it could quite possibly be a game over if I get hit even once! But as I progress in the game, I'll turn it into a hybrid class. In Demon's Souls & Dark Souls for example, I run around now in heavy armor, with enough points in the equipped-item burden, so I can still dodge with the ease of a thief, while shooting magic spells! So I like the path of being universally savvy in all three class (Rogue / Mage / Warrior) trees. The reason I am INCREDIBLY excited about this game is it was actually designed for that purpose! You can mix and mesh the 3 primary classes however you wish, so this by far will be one of the most anticipated games of the year for me! =D
Warrior at first, with a rambo play style. Then a roguerish hunter :)
That would depend. I like to play everything. Casters, Ranged, Melee, Healers. My Favorite is to play melee.
I will Usually Play In this OrderRanged/Rogue: I like the stealth type of game play when I first go through the game it lets me take in all the elements slowly while planning out strategy to progress though the content. I feel being this class lets me experience the game like this the best.Caster/Mage: This is the 2nd type of class I like to play when playing through an RPG. Still ranged but a whole lot of high dmg fun and I know parts of the game already so being careful with my squishy mage like self is a little easier than a first time through.Warrior Type: Usally my last type of class I'll play through in a game because you can take a beating but dish it out too and just do whatever you want basically since you know most of the content at this point.I'll usually play through the game multiple times in this order of classes just to experience it from all points of play and the different strategy involved in doing encounters keeps the game feeling new. I like it when games let you have multiple profiles too so I can progress a little on each at the same time.
I usually play rogue classes. Normally I try to fight things to high level for me and get destroyed, but it is still fun.
I like to play melee, mostly due to some of the cool stuff I can do while playing it. What sold me is that one execution in skyrim where you bash the guy's face in with a shield, then thrust your sword through his throat.
