I am Ickthid Shadowkill, and in RPGs I like to play the Rogue, whenever possible. I prefer long walks through crowded cities, snatching coin purses and violating personal bubbles, as well as quick witted conversations explaining why I shouldn't be handed over to the guard for my minor transgressions. :D Being the spearhead in dungeon crawling tends to be what I'm best at. Keeping a keen eye out for traps and the baddies so that my rather loudy and clanky friends don't face pull bad situations. ^_^

Caster-type. The further I am from the things trying to kill me, the happier I am. I've played rogue and warrior-types too, but caster is the one I find myself coming back to.
I usually play a healer. Killing things is a little painful.
I enjoy playing all types of characters but my favorite is by far stealth, who wouldn't like sneaking up behind 'helpless' creatures and stabbing them in the back?
If given the opportunity, I choose assassin or stealth characters. Oblivion and World of Warcraft have turned me on to the rogue play style. I love how the rules are to break the rules, and also love the mobility and ability to escape from most any dangerous situation through trickery and agility.
I usually go for the caster types in RPG games so I can see all the flashy effects. However, I've played the demo for this game, and found the stealth parts to be quite fun. Given the nature of the system, I could easily go a stealthy caster type!
Melee damage dealers! Heavily armored ones, mostly. Warriors, fighters, knights, any of those. Sometimes it's fun to play a mage knight-y character with some spells, or a paladin or cleric, but anything as long as it has a big sword or axe or hammer.
I play a healer or a tank depends on how I feel about the game I guess I'm just use to doing it all the time and know how too
I usually play a mage/ caster equivalent. I love being a glass cannon.
Usually a casting class. Necromancer in EverQuest, Mage in World of Warcraft.
i kinda try all staff =P, but coming from the shadows and eliminte an enemy it´s so much fun that´s why i like rogue kind classes
I love playing healers in rpg's. If I'm not playing a healer I'm definitely playing some kind of warrior/tank class.
