I usually like to play a caster-type class. My friends and I have a regular D&D night, and I am usually a mage or sorcerer-type.

Necromancer if the game has it or a wizard/ mage if not.
Caster, caster, healer and more caster. I keep TRYING to like melee classes, I've leveled a paladin (who ended up a healer), a rogue (who doesn't get played) and a feral druid (she's resto now.) I'm just a warlock at heart. Give me DoTs and I'm a happy girl. HoTs will do in a pinch.
Always have preferred to be the caster in any group I'm in, to the point that I'm completely lost when I try to play physical classes. I've been a mage or the next closest thing in every MMO I've every played.
My favorite would be caster but a hybrid type between damage and healing, that way I'm self sufficient and can find people to quest or do dungeons with easily. I like the feeling that I can either do incredible damage from a distance or use healing powers to mend myself or allies. Of course I play a boomkin druid
Tend to play mixed classes if I can - Ranged Fighter/Thief types. Have been Hunter and Tanking Warrior and a Healadin. My Favourite was a D&D Fighter/Cleric - a champion of Kord :)
I usually play a Warrior / Heavy Armor or Plate Wearing Class.
I love to be an Pally tipe class i like the style of killing and healing myself but it the game dont have it I would be an very armoured char like a Warrior or a Fighter using a shild and a one handed weapon!
I play a Warrior in each and every RPG. Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, Fable II and III I went into strength first before anything, I've only really ever played a Warrior in WoW. Some alts, none serious.
I normally end up starting playing a rogue/theif class and on the second run trough do a caster myself.
I play damage dealing melee classes. I enjoy being up close stabbing my enemies in the face.
