I really like the new battlegrounds and leveling to 90. Particularly in Kun-lai summit and Dread wastes!
I went nuts over the story-line when I rolled my first Panda! ;)Other favorites include Pokémon, I mean... battle pets ;-p(And now it's not enough to "catch 'em all" ... You have to catch them all RARE!)And believe it or not, the CRZ.It has it's flaws, yes, (and I am ONE of the ppl trying to work around some of those flaws...)but I like the idea, and I believe those flaws will be resolved over time.
Soloable world dungeons and raids.
Pet battles seem more fun than most of the other quests and stuff. But I have to say the beginning quests in Pandera (alliance) where you rain down destruction from a Flying machine is pretty awesome
I really enjoy the AoE looting, great idea!
I like the new raids :)
I mean who doesnt like pandas :) ?
AoE looting, hands down :)
The Pandarens! Both guy and girl pandas are great. The modeling is stunning. Great detail, emotes are fun, pleasant to the eye. the girl ones are so sweet i might need a filling or two lmao...
I love almost everything about Mists! I love the enchanting landscapes, the incorporation of oriental culture into the lore, the commentary and everything that you see. A Virtual feast for the senses and often wish I could smell the flowers the earth. I am loving the pandas that feel very grounded...and having a monk! I've been hunter addicted for a long time, but the monk is allowing another part of me to play. I am a practicing Tibetan Buddhist and enjoy the more peaceful approach, ironically, in a game called Warcraft. The more correct use of power of all kinds, the use of it to defend and through wit and thought, more so than weapons. It feels balanced, it feels educational for children and many adults, and the Buddhist part of me is loving the Himalayan feeling to Kun'lai Summit. I love the cranes, I love the immersion into other cultural imagery and the street smart feel of monk style fighting. Then comes dread wastes and beyond...hrm... I just wonder why blizz ends each xpak with such negative-like imagery. It took my kids 2 years to convince me to try WoW and it leaves me stunned still as I enter my third year. Unbridled imagination Blizz that everything you can see, every building every cavern every valley and hill you can walk or run through and fly down into. It still boggles the mind. It is "living art" in that every part is a piece of art and it moves, and there are millions of pieces of art in the entire game, most beautifully in Mists including the Shrines and Mounts and hunter pets. I haven't yet been into dungeons much or raids other than Sha, but can't wait to get there. Its just that its so awesome questing and exploring.
My favorite part of Mists of Pandaria so far is that it brought me and my husband back to the game. I've had more fun leveling and raiding with him in this expansion than I have in any other game since Wrath of the Lich King came out. We leveled to 90 together, do dailies together, run heroics and raids together, even pet battle together. Thank you Mists of Pandaria (and wowhead!) for bringing us back to online gaming together! :)
design of zones
AOE looting is awesome, but I would also say that the artwork that has gone into the environments is amazing.
It has to be AOE looting.
Fat dancing pandaren! He sits, and can't stand up without the help of his hand, meanwhile his fat alpine chipmunk (a battle pet) looks awkwardly at him, waiting for next battle!
New raid encounters!
Pet battles<3
