Brewfest definitely. It was the first holiday I remember doing in-game, and it was immensely fun fighting back the Dark Iron Dwarves. And who could forget those cool mounts?
Midsummer is the best. Traveling around Azeroth to honor many different flames is so cool. Many think of it as a chore, but as an explorer I enjoy finding all of the bonfires. Also, torch juggling is fun.

My preferred holiday is April Fool's Day. Sure there isn't any specific reward or set of achievements associated with it, but Blizzard's creative jests are always a treat. Oh, and Pirate's Day. Arrg.
Midsummer Fire Festival
My favorite holiday is Brewfest, it's a lot of fun.
Brewfest!Drink booze e'eryday!
I'd have to say the Midsummer Festival. It's fun going into horde towns and trying to get the flame =D
It's definitely the Midsummer Fire Festival. It's just so awesome, and not really related to anything in the real world. Plus, it's all about FIRE! :D
Love Hallow's End.
My favourite would have to be Nobelgarden. There's nothing like having bunnies everywhere when you're trying to complete a raid.
Hallow's End is my favourite, I love my achievements, mount and pets. It has the best of all three in my opinion.Winter Veil is a close second, it'd beat Hallow's End if it had a mount, a sleigh would be win, but at least a Reindeer :P
Children's Week would probably have to be my favorite holiday. I think it's a lot of fun showing all the orphans around the world. That was neck and neck with Lunar Festival - not because it's a FUN holiday, I just liked that it really didn't have a real world equivalent and it almost feels like a Druid holiday!
My favorite holiday in WoW in Hallow's End! Defiantly!
Winter Veil. I really love christmas and all the decorations hanging around WoW.
I love all the fun things that happen on Hallow's Eve myself. Between the Headless Horseman attacking towns, to trick or treating around the world, Hallow's Eve is just so much fun!
Brewfest has to be my favorite.
