Not been the best year for me with the loss of a family member and a good friend dying of pancreatic cancer.. but the Blizzcon was good this year and great news with the upcoming games..Hearthstone so far seems to be a great game, and can not wait for next year to hopefully bring better times.. Hope everyone had a Happy Holidays and a even better next year!
I think the best part of 2013 was, hands down, me finally getting my Loremaster title after hammering away at it on and off for about a year and a half. I was ready to quit so many times, after doing nothing but quests for weeks on end, but having a few breaks here and there helped ease the pain. The satisfaction when I finally completed that last zone was immense!
Getting the Invincible mount!
Best part of 2013? Blizzcon plus WoD! MoP is an awesome expansion and WoD 'll be better!
Favorite part of 2013: getting my big brother back from the Marines safe and sound. Simple as that.
Defeating Garrosh Hellscream! =)
Happy Holidays everyone! My favorite part of 2013 had to be the warmth and support of sharing my engagement to my then girlfriend/now fiance with our guild. We met playing this game some 2 years ago and have been going strong since. We have always been in a tight knit social guild and when I decided to pop the question to her this year we did not hesitate to share the wonderful news to our WoW family.
So my most amazing accomplishment this year was getting married to the love of my life on October 19th! It was a fantastic wedding, and I am so amazed everyday that I have found the one whom my soul loves! In wow my most impressive achieve was getting all of the battle pets in all of Azeroth, and getting the title Zookeeper! Merry Christmas everyone ;)
My favorite part of 2013 was Blizzcon and the announcements of what's coming. My second favorite was my hearthstone beta invite.
My favorite part of 2013 was when I finally completed the quest chain to receive my Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker.:D
my fav part was camping spineclaw crab for 2 months and 103 kills and still not getting the darn thing to finish my going to need a bigger bag acheive (/sarcasum), for just that 1 credit alone!
Honestly? Just hearing about Warlords of Draenor. The new playable model updates, the new gear system, garrisons, and the new tab for items like BoA, tabards, and toys, etc. etc. etc. It's just all so wonderful. I practically squealed when I heard about it, and I've been constantly re-reading the WoWhead post, Blizzcon information because I just can't get enough of it.. I'm so excited, and I can not wait to see what the collector's edition will be like. Sure, I could by the deluxe version, but.. man I want to get the solid copy.. Another good thing about 2013 was finally establishing my guild on Ravencrest.. I had wanted to initiate it for so long, but I never knew how. four of my very good friends offered advice and offered some help to get me started, and now they are the best darn guildies anyone could have hoped for. I'm so thankful to have them, and I await to advance my guild with them into Warlords of Draenor.Happy holidays, everyone!
Best time I've had in 2013 was anytime I got to spend with my Princess Baby and our +100 Dog of Cuteness, Odin, pondering all the geeky riches that have come our way, whether it be our second trip to San Diego Comic Con, or opening anything that contained a much coveted toy, DVD, or CD. And of course, rediscovering the joy WoW brings me on a daily basis after a very long hiatus. Here's to many more years of loot to come, whether they be in game or out.
The best part of 2013 for me was finally killing Garosh.
Attending Blizzcon for the first time and obtaining the Huolon mount in game. Such a good looking mount.
my favourite part of 2013, in WoW was the two-person raid my friend and I did on Kharazan, which is and remains my favourite retro raid
Best part of 2013...being able to keep my already ridiculously high-deductible health insurance without having to try to log on to the healthcare website! Woohoo!
There were a lot of highlights, but perhaps the best in-game was finally getting Deathcharger's Reins to drop after 300+ runs!
In WoW at least: Having flametalon of alysrazor drop and passing it to my girlfriend, then coming back the very next week and it dropping again for me! ha!
